But I suppose that it was a smarter move than a lot of other actresses who marry for looks or passion then end up having to support themselves through middle-age on their backs.

That is why the French politicians are known to have girlfriends who even have babies but do not lose their jobs over it. The culture is accepting of it. Strange to me, as the culture is so steeped in Catholicism. I am polyamorous and it does nor freak me out. I just don't get this confluence of spiritual & sexual behaviors.
