It wouldn't surprise me if it is Kylie Jenner. If she is 15, she has a permit, and her parents won't stop her from driving alone- she is a Jenner, FFS!

It can be even a good thing for her: being too drunk for driving legally, decided to sleep in her car instead of going home putting people in danger with reckless driving.
I don't drive (I don't like it at all), but I have slept in friend's cars with them (in a very non-sexual way) because we were wasted and driving so would be illegal and dangerous.
Cool for the celebrity if I'm right.

If the cops find you that way with the keys in the ignition, you can be arrested for DUI. But they have to see it firsthand. That happened to my brother and his friend. They had gone tubing and got too drunk to drive. They decided to sleep it off in the car before driving & a cop saw them. They took them into custody and impounded his dog (strange, I know), but it was a small town so they let them off the hook. It sucks if the person was just trying to do the right thing.
If this was a Jenner girl, which I could totally see, in her own driveway, is be willing to bet she got drunk somewhere and drove home. I highly doubt she got shit-faced at home and then passed out in the car on her way somewhere else.
