Teresa Giudice Is Willing To Serve One Year Of Jail Time In Plea Bargain

The first time Teresa Giudice talked plea bargain with federal prosecutors she told them she would not serve any jail time, but would do some house arrest time provided of course she could never be at home and instead travel all over the world for work and play and that her husband Joe would be thrilled to do all of her time for her after he finished doing time in NJ for the whole faje drivers license thing. Then, prosecutors should feel free to deport him so she could have a divorce special and a dating special and a wedding special and a one hour tribute show and best of show while Melissa Gorga washed Teresa' feet.

Not surprisingly, prosecutors said no when offered this option. Now Teresa has upped her offer to one year in jail because she figures that she will make a ton of money before she heads to jail and after she gets out and can make money selling her prison diaries and bad mouthing Melissa because Melissa did not have the guts to do something like jail for her family.

I guess her plan of having Joe serve all the jail time isn't going to work. She's going to have a conniption when the reality of going to jail hits her.

I want to know what's going to happen to their tacky mansion.

Wow. Way to set an example for your daughters. Smh.

She could not even handle staying in a motel let alone a prison cell....Although she does come across as a tough broad in some ways so it should be interesting to see how this plays out

why on earth hasnt he gotten a green card if they're married? i just don't understand

I'm sure if the prisons would allow reality camera's she'd be frony and center. Real Housewives of Attica.

I love how she thinks she's calling the shots.

@boozie - he does have a green card, but that does not automatically make you a citizen. You still have to apply, test/pass and take the oath etc to become a legal citizen, which he never bothered to do.

Cory said...

Not only did he never bother to become a citizen, since he isn't one if he commits a felony they can deport him. Maybe she can be a real housewife in Italy!!

Also, who takes the girls when she does go to prison? It would kill her if it was Melissa and Joe. Now that would be fun to watch.

I'm sure I'm going to hell for this, but I would
1. Watch this trial on TV for the lip licking, eye rolling & grunting
2. Follow her on twitter to see her goodbye sob stories
3. Continue to hope bravo really sells the fuck out & gives her girls a reality show because they are awesome.

I feel bad for th girls but not for the parents, they are train wrecks of epic porportion & perfectly shady for each other.

I smell a tv reality series about prison life.......

Rose said...

I doubt they will accept this. I wouldn't say the feds want to make an example out of them but they do seem committed to making sure they serve out whatever time goes along with the crime. Good for them.

@nap milania really needs her own show, that child was born for TV. "gimme pizza you old troll!"

NapAssasin said...

Amen.

She'd better make all the money she can while she can. I think those kids are horrible and would probably be better off raised with Honey Boo Boo's bunch. Now that's a reality show I'd watch.

Poor thing.

I don't know the prision situation in NJ but I assume she would get out in 6-8 months with good behavior etc.

Based on the reports in the last 24 hours using sources such as "a supposed source" or "unnamed source" or "reportedly," I can not take any of these posts seriously. There's no way her lawyers are talking to the press. This is all rumor and innuendo, as of right now.

This week's epi was a SNOOZE FEST. I think the Gorgas have an open marriage. Thoughts?

Even if Juicy and Teresa head off to the slammer, her parents and his parents would raise the chitlins. I would bet my hard-earned cash on that.

I wish the current goings-on were part of the show. That's the problem with RHNJ. The current gossip is always in the rags, but the show is behind.

You just know Melissa Gorga is loving this shit. There is evil seeping from her J. Lo-wannabe pores.

1) The kids would NOT go to Melissa and Joe. Jeez. They'll go to one set of grandparents or the other. It would probably be the Giudices, because they are in better health. I'm sure Joe and Melissa, as well as their Giudice aunts and uncles, would help out as much as they could, though.
2) Tre and Melissa seem to be in a good place right now; Melissa has publicly expressed her support for Joe and Tre. Now whether or not she's sincere, only she (and her Joe) would know. But it's stupid to say that Tre would bad-mouth Melissa at this point. The family is sticking together on this by all accounts.
3) Milania/Youthful 8 is on sale right now. It's really great shit, too, so stock up.

@Susan - Open marriage? I wouldn't doubt it. For all of their talk about honesty and loyalty -- "sexy life, loyal wife," oh, okay, Melissa -- it seems like they might be okay with that.

(I know, I know...people in open marriages say that they are technically not cheating, so their loyalty and fidelity can't really be judged...blah blah blah. I don't buy it. But that's just me.)

Milania with her fake boobs sliding down the staircase was the most fascinating moment of the last epi. My favorite line of her's so far this year was when Gia was sass-mouthing Teresa and Teresa pegs her back-talk on the trials and tribulations of puberty and Milania quips, "That means she's going to have a baby." I mean seriously, I was dying.

Teresa is kind of hysterical with her girls. When they were shooting the guns in the house last week, I about died. Meanwhile, Melissa freaks that a snowball is going to mess up her makeup. LMAO.

How miserable is Big Al Manzo, right? I heard they got that place in Hoboken because Al Manzo wants to run for an office there. Those Manzos are so shady. Perfect for Jersey politics, natch.

Melissa's jig was up for me when she claimed that she had sex with Tarzan every day. Bitch, puh-lease. Who you foolin?

I get the vibe that the all the menfolk have a sidepiece.

Jessica said...

Her kids need their own show?! Are you fucking out of your mind? Her kids are monsters. They look like, sound like, and act like monsters. They all need the shit spanked out of them a few times.
Flame away...

JSierra said...

@Susan I still think Greg, Albie and Chris's roommate, is Joe Gorga's side piece. And Juicy Joe wishes Gorilla Gorga was his side piece. God I love housewives.

JSierra said...

@Susan ugh the OC reunion has been bringing on the zzz's too. Andy needs to get wise and get Rosie and Milania their own series. Hell, if Kim Z can do it, so can they. While I think Melissa is shady as shit, I am quite impressed that she isn't capitalizing off Tre and Joe with rag mag covers declaring how she is standing strong by her family and keeping everyone together.

BTW does anyone else think that Melissa flirts excessively with Rosie? She knows what Rosie likes and finds sexy and she always does it, she always eggs on Rosie's comments, and it's almost like she is putting on a show for her, not Joe.

JSierra said...

Ohh I love some good Manzo gossip, I feel like they never let anything leak. How are they shady? I def don't doubt it, they try so hard to give off a mob family vibe. I just hope my future husband Albie isn't in on anything, I ain't no VH1 ho.

Can you tell that I watch Housewives in my short 2 hour TV window? Trashy TV is my weakness and I can proudly admit that Twisted is the only show I am truly ashamed to admit to watching.

JSierra - This is kind of old news, but I don't know if you knew regarding Albert Manzo: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1367360/Gov-Chris-Christie-labels-husband-Albert-Manzo-Real-Housewives-New-Jersey-liar-boots-government-position.html

In addition, Albert's father is rumored to be tied to the Mafia.

Regarding trash TV, I am on pins and needles for Mob Wives to return. That is my fave. I watched the Real Husbands of Hollywood or whatever it's called on BET one time, too, but I don't think that's reality TV - More like Curb Your Enthusiasm. It was hysterical, though.

The Bravo shows are seeming hella staged. Duh. LOL.

They either have an open marriage or they're both in the closet.

Joe tweeting a picture at 1:30 in the morning of a guy standing in a motel room with his shirt off and extolling the virtues of his body was kind of a tip off for me.

And I agree that Melissa flirts with Rosie and perhaps that's not so odd considering Melissa's own lesbian experience.

They might try in order to get the favorable publicity, but there's no way the Gorgas will get within 1000 feet of the Giudice girls.

I haven't read anywhere else that Teresa offered to do a year in jail and I would be surprised if that were true. Given the fact that her husband forged a power of attorney for her, it's pretty clear he was wanting to do things behind her back.

For those who care, Us Weekly says the Gorgas sold their tackalicious mansion. They're moving back to Franklin Lakes. I some how ended up on the real estate agent Web site. The amount of gaud in this monstrosity is MINDBLOWING. I could talk about RHNJ all day. Never gets old.

Here's the house. Swiped from Stoopid Housewives. The chandeliers in every room made me chuckle. I am kinda pissed in a Jersey girl way that Melissa Gorga has that gigantic gourmet kitchen and can't even cook a pot of pasta properly. Remember the epi where it was all sticking to the bottom of the pot? Well...I do.

In a Federal case, she's calling the shots - how about that. Not a bad deal. Wonder if the Feds are going along with her DEMANDS.

This Joe dude should hang out with that Bouzgalo guy of Amy's Baking Company!

(He and his wife were the crazy people from an episode of Gordon Ramsey's restaurant-saving show.)

Tiny Manzo, Albert and Tommy's father, was found naked and wrapped in bubble wrap or plastic or something in the trunk of a car. No joke. They don't like to talk about it, obviously, but I think it's pretty clear who was behind it and who Tiny was working with.

And I could talk NHONJ all day, too. I'm kind of ashamed of it, but we all have our guilty pleasures, right? ;-)

@Susan - My favorite Milania quote so far this season? "I like Nonno! He's a nice little man." HA! What a little weirdo. ;-)

(I say that in a good way. I don't think the kids are monsters. Gia's a little snarky, but she's a preteen. It happens; God knows I had my share of rolled eyes and smart-mouth moments. Gabriella and Audriana are as sweet as they can be. Milania is mouthy and rambunctious, yes, but look at her with her cousins and you can see that she has a heart. Sorry...I get annoyed when people rag on those kids! They could possibly use more discipline, but they're just not bad seeds, for heaven's sake.)
