Blind Items Revealed #1

February 5, 2015

This A- list mostly movie actress may or may not be married. What she is though is not being truthful. She says she lost pregnancy weight by breast feeding. Yeah, some of it. The rest she lost with two to three times a day workouts and a waist trainer while nannies watched the baby.

Mila Kunis

if she has the means to afford three trainers and a nanny, I see nothing wrong with this. And your point is....?

So....It is not like she got lipo or did drugs...

Three workouts a day and a waist trainer right after she had a baby? Poor thing. It's tough when your husband has a wandering dick. She must have thought she had to be back in shape instantly, or else.

sweetie, waist trainers dont work.

So? This isn't scandalous. Scandalous would be using speed or something.

Dolores said...

It is not scandalous. What sucks is that she lies about her weight loss, when she doesn't have to. I breastfed two kids and lost all the pregnancy weight within two months, no exercise, and back to my pre pregnancy size. Breast feeding is not only the best for the kid, but for the mother as well.
However. If you are going to claim breastfeeding helped with all your weight loss... It doesn't work for all women that way. One woman's metabolism while breast feeding is not the same as any others. I am happy she encourages breastfeeding. But one should not encourage it for weight loss. As a famous person she could also encourage it for the health benefits and wonders of binding that it does between kid and mom.

And the story is ....?

+ infinity

Waist trainers don't help w/ weight loss. Something similar (looks similar, like a girdle) has been used by women in various European, S American, etc countries for hundreds of years after having a baby.

She lied. Is another star that publicly said the weight came off so easy. That's the point.

glue said...

Why lie? Sarah Jessica Parker ADMITTED she worked out up to five (5) hours a day after giving birth because she's blessed to be able to afford nannies. She said it was hard, and it sucked but in order to get back to her old "Carrie" body (while she was filming SATC) that's what she had to do. Kudos to SJP for the being the ONLY truthful actress out there about losing pregnancy weight. I don't get why the majority of them lie? More respect comes from the truth.

**shouldn't say "only" I'm sure there are other honest ones out....albeit far and few in between the liars.

Bless you. I'm still breastfeeding my two year old and work out three times a week and still have five pounds of pregnancy weight on my body. Like you said, every woman's biology is different.

At least she didn't use drugs to loose the weight.

dazzle said...

she lied? Yes she lied but so DOES every other celebrity. At least she didn't do this with drugs.

If she's not in shape, she doesn't work. She was in an all time bomb, recently. Her career is on life support, and she's not that talented. If she's not hot, she's just a memory.

texasrose said...

Agree. So give her shit because she worked it off while nannies watched kid? I thought it was going to be something a little more 'scandalous' like snorting coke all day or surgery.

So sick of the "breast feeding makes you lose weight" myth. Most women exceed the number of extra calories you're supposed to eat while BF. And seriously - more women are breast feeding their babies nowadays than at any time in the 20th century (for decades, the benefits of formula were exaggerated and most women did not breast feed), and yet the rate of women who are overweight or obese, especially after having children, is sky-rocketing. Breast feeding does not help you lose weight unless you're not supplementing with enough additional calories.

This always grinds my gears about Enty. So inappropriately judgmental about trivial things.
She looks far better than I do - but she started out with vastly superior raw materials ;-)

Kno Won Uno said...

I actually bought a "Brazilian girdle" a couple of years ago - those things are KILLER.
I was wearing a slightly clingy dress to a party and didn't want it to look all bumpy. I couldn't sit much, but I looked damned good in the pictures! 10/10, highly recommend for short term aesthetics.
But you're right - corsets and girdles have been around a very long time.

Kno Won Uno said...

Maybe she *always* worked out 2-3x/day and the only thing different was the breastfeeding & waist trainer. That's a possibility, I guess.

Working out and getting out of the house daily is good for the body and soul. If the mother feels good, it only does the baby good.

Haywood Jablomee said...

I still don't get why Jim Beam hired her as a spokesperson. She just had a baby and looks underage. Are they going after the post-pregnancy market?

Hegg said...

You make it sound like it's MOM or NO MOM and then it has to be nannies. The child has a Dad as well.

Penelope 2 said...

Isn't that the normal way to lose weight after a baby?

Spot on with this write-up, I really believe this amazing site needs far more attention. I'll probably be returning to read through more, thanks for
