A minor war is going on right now between this B+ list mostly movie actress with a lucrative side gig and this celebrity married to an A+ lister. The B+ lister is accusing the wife of the A+ lister from stealing some of her best employees for the wife’s new side gig.

There's a free market, if you wanted them to stay pay them more and/or make their working environment more hospitable.
That requires a degree of maturity seldom seen in celebrities.
