This almost television actor was on a hit pay cable show for a few seasons. Oh, he also wrote a rap that all of you know from a very hit song back in the day that featured a dancing cat. Yeah, anyway, our actor was out to eat the other night and asked for a million things and was given them all by a staff that bent over backwards. He stiffed them on a tip from a very large bill.
