Any gossip is good gossip nowadays. I sometimes wonder if these people don't behave badly just to get talked about. They're desperate for attention and to stand out from the herd.
I'm gonna go with Chloe Grace Moretz. 20 in February. I was going to say Hailee Steinfeld but I think she's more of a singer now.
