This former A list mostly movie actor from back in the day has been going through health issues. Recovering from one, he now is facing something even worse. He is going against decades of belief to have some very aggressive treatment to keep him alive.

I thought it was confirmed that Douglas hasn't seen or spoken to Kilmer in a couple of years and was making shit up.
