This A list foreign born mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee has always made a huge deal about how she would never get plastic surgery. Well, she had a consultation and next week is set to get a breast lift and a tummy tuck.

She's had a nose job before. I hate how fucking hypocritical she is - it is nauseating.

I hadn't heard about the nose job but I won't hate on a woman who's had three kids and just wants a tummy tuck and breast lift. You have any idea what birthing babies does to one's body?

She gets a pass. As long as she doesn't mess with her face. She's just getting a mommy make over. I want one!
She didn't get a nose job, people. It's the same nose if you actually look; she lost a lot of weight. Weight loss can change the appearance of your nose. So she's not a hypocrite.
I noticed she's been quiet about plastic surgery lately. If this blind is true, her silence makes sense because if she herself is considering it, she knows better than to speak out against it.
@it took forever: We don't even know if she went through with it. The blind says it was just a consultation. Plus...she's not shaming people...?
Kate had no other option. The fact is she loves to be naked and she has to keep that body presentable or guys will stop looking.
