Which A/B-list mostly movie actor who transitioned successfully to television later in his career had a private nude beach at his estate? Surprising since he was known to be rather conservative. He closed it down after some hippies sneaked in and had a love-in.

Nudism & sunbathing nude are not scandalous nor sexual perversions Mr. X. Gawking a nudists for sexual gratification is. Sheesh. Not saying I partake in the lifestyle but I do know lovely people who do. I'm just sayin' lol
So true. The studios protected their private lives. There are no secrets today with "reality" TV.
True that. I'm currently reading the new Hope biography, and he was a sexist, cheap, horny old man who cheated on his wife all the time (or at least into his 70s -- that's as far as I've read).
Ha! You mean the HOT insurance guy from Double Indemnity. And yes, I'd join him on a nude beach any day.
