This detrans activist doesn't make as much money or get as much press time as the prettier one who is paid to fly around everywhere and does fashion shoots. The hate groups cutting the checks prefer more alluring young ladies, which is why that nubile blonde who lost a race even got an organization named after her. Our poor activist also tries to make it seem like she had her surgery as a youth even though she was an adult when it happened.
