Second John Travolta Accuser Has Lots Of Proof

The man who is being called John Doe #2 and is probably getting paid a great deal of money by Radar says he has proof of his allegations and there are also multiple witnesses. Immediately after John Travolta allegedly sexually assaulted him, the man sent e-mails to his employers documenting everything that happened. Later, John Travolta came down to the spa at the hotel and was acting like an a-hole and demanding the man come back up and finish the massage. There are multiple witnesses to that event. The hotel employers ignored the e-mails of the employee and I think they now are wishing they had paid better attention and done something because the employers at Harrah's in Tahoe ended up spending a huge chunk of money on their employee after she complained about Ben Roethlisberger and his assault and they did nothing. The woman rightfully got a lot of money which was paid by Big Ben and the hotel. If your employees are assaulted, just because someone famous did it does not mean they are lying.

Big Ben Settles Sexual Assault Claim

The woman who accused Steelers quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger of sexual assault in a Reno hotel room has settled with the athlete. Back in 2008, the woman accused the quarterback of raping her. I remember at first no one believed her, but then as the other stories came out about Ben and the woman's story kept coming up solid it shows you what a tough time you can have getting yourself heard.

Throughout the past three years, Ben has tried everything he can to just delay the inevitable but now has settled. It also settles the claims the woman had against her employer, Harrah's for covering the incident up. Originally the woman had asked for $500K plus punitive damages.

More Sex Crime Allegations Against Ben Roethlisberger

I know that this week Ben Roethlisberger had no charges filed against him in a sexual assault complaint in Georgia. However, there is another allegation that the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is looking into. In the latest incident, Ben was hosting a party at his house and I guess as host he wanted to show everyone what he was walking around with so to speak. He pulled his peen out in front of a woman and then told her to do whatever she wanted with it. Then, the next week he forced his hand up the woman's skirt.

Let's face it. There are lots of allegations being directed against Ben and at some point you have to start thinking that where there is smoke there is fire. How many women have not come forward? When are one of these charges going to stick?

What Is Sexual Contact?

According to KDKA in Pittsburgh, Ben Roethlisberger admitted to police that he had sexual contact with the woman he is accused of assaulting but never sexual intercourse. So, what exactly is sexual contact? Making out? Oral pleasure? Apparently whatever it was it was so dizzying that Ben says immediately after the act the woman fell and hit her head. Oh, one thing I didn't notice before when I read about this case is that the assault happened in a bar so I'm guessing the sexual contact would have been limited. Didn't Ben or his people deny that he had even talked to this woman.

I wonder how bad people feel now for that woman in Reno who accused Ben of sexual assault when she went to fix his television. Her claims were kind of dismissed because she had other issues going on in her life so didn't seem credible. She seems pretty darn credible now doesn't she?

Ben Roethlisberger Being Sued For Sexual Assault

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is being accused of sexual assault by a woman who works at Harrah's in Lake Tahoe. There has never been any criminal complaint filed, just this lawsuit. According to TMZ the woman says that it all happened on July 11, 2008.

In the docs, the woman (who works at the hotel) claims she ran into Roethlisberger in the hotel hallway and he told her that the sound system on his television wasn't working. He allegedly asked her to come and "take a quick look" at it.

The woman claims she tried to call other hotel employees to fix the TV, but ultimately decided to go to the room to fix it herself. Once she got to the room, the woman claims she determined there was no problem with the TV -- but as she tried to leave, Roethlisberger stood in her way and "grabbed [her] and started to kiss her."

According to the report, the woman claims she was "shocked and stunned that this previously friendly man, that appeared to be a gentleman in her previous contacts with him was suddenly preventing her from leaving, was assaulting and battering her."

In the docs, the woman claims she "communicated her objection and lack of consent," but he refused to stop and began "fondling [her] through her dress and between her legs."

She then says that Ben forced her to have sex against her will.

Ben's attorney says of course that none of this happened and that the lack of a police report is evidence enough. Plus, he says the woman has been involved in a number of other lawsuits including against people at Harrah's and that she may have spent time in a psychiatric hospital.

TMZ identifies the woman by name and has pictures of her. I just didn't feel it was right to post them.
