Bobby Brown Serves 9 Hours Of 55 Day Sentence

Apparently being convicted of your third DUI, does not really amount to anything except a slap on the wrist. Two weeks ago it was bad enough. At that time, when Bobby was sentenced, you could expect to be released in about 9 days because of prison overcrowding. Checking everyday though to see what the best day for him to enter jail, Bobby entered jail yesterday to begin serving his 55 day sentence and served exactly 9 hours. It would have been even less, but there was a line of people the same thing was happening to and the processing time was slow. What exactly is the deterrent in this to stop people from getting fresh DUI's.

Bobby Brown Needs A Better Lawyer

Bobby Brown has been sentenced to 55 days in jail for his second DUI and driving on a suspended license. If his name had been Lindsay Lohan he would be looking at no jail time and a future career in porn. I'm pretty sure that Bobby got sentenced to such a long term because, well, lets face it. Bad singing is a mitigating factor. It is why if Ashlee Simpson gets busted for a couple of DUI's, she can expect to be sentenced to 10 years of hard labor. The thing is, Bobby does not have to report until March 20th and all he has to do is find out when the jail is most crowded and check in on that day and he will be out in about a week. At this point you could be sentenced to 60 years and I think you would be out by Christmas. Bobby is kind of smart though. If you go to jail, you get it all over with. Lindsay keeps avoiding jail like the plague and ends up making things worse because she extends her probation for another few years and does more community service and more classes. Just go to jail and do a little probation and be done with it.

Bobby Brown Arrested For DUI

I believe Bobby Brown checked out of rehab early because he said he didn't need it any longer, and was going to stay clean and sober. Early this morning, Bobby was arrested for DUI for the second time this year. Police pulled over Brown because he was driving like drunk people do and when he tried to do a field sobriety test, kept trying to sing Mr. Telephone Man, so the police arrested him and charged him with DUI.

Bobby Brown's Wife Hospitalized

Bobby Brown's wife of three months has been hospitalized after suffering a seizure at their Orlando hotel room. Bobby was doing a sound check with New Edition at the time the seizure happened. Bobby says his wife is going to be just fine and had a six pack of beer to celebrate. I kid. I kid. There are no details on what caused Alicia Etheredge Brown's seizure, but with the substance abuse issues running through everyone Bobby Brown touches, it does make you wonder.
