I understand Lily Collins is just wearing this for a one off press interview, but she tripped at least twice, the things hanging down had a piece of gum stuck to it from being dragged across the NYC sidewalk. So, now it is donated? Destroyed?

Niecy Nash, always will be one of my favorite actresses.

Pete Doherty has a dog. Didn't he used to kill cats?

Jamie Lynn Spears Is Talking And Breathing On Her Own

Maddie, the 8 year old daughter of Jamie Lynn Spears is “awake and talking,” a rep for the Spears family revealed on Tuesday afternoon.

Spears’ daughter Maddie was injured when an all-terrain vehicle she was driving fell into a pond in Louisiana on Sunday.

“With her father, mother and stepfather by her side, Maddie regained consciousness mid-day Tuesday, February 7,” the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Department said in a statement provided by a Spears family rep.

The statement explained the child “is aware of her surroundings and recognizes those family members who have kept a round-the-clock vigil since the accident.”

“Doctors were able to remove the ventilator today and she is awake and talking. Maddie continues to receive oxygen and is being monitored closely but it appears that she has not suffered any neurological consequences from the accident.”

Jamie Lynn Spears Watched Daughter Crash

Reports yesterday suggested that Jamie Lynn Spears was not present when her daughter Maddie rolled an ATV and remained submerged under water for several minutes. Jamie was there but was unable to rescue her daughter immediately. Reports by the same outlet also said it was during a hunting trip. That was wrong too and happened in full view of the house. The police report says, the child was apparently steering the Polaris ATV about 100 yards from her parents when she took a hard right to avoid running over a nearby drainage ditch. “In doing so, she over corrected causing the ATV to enter the pond,” the report reads. “The ATV and child were instantly submerged in the water right before their eyes.”

“Within seconds the child’s mother, stepfather and other family members reached the pond, dove in and attempted to rescue the child to no avail. The child was trapped and secured by the seatbelt and the ATV’s safety netting. Within two minutes, Acadian Ambulance Services arrived and assisted in freeing the child from the cold waters.”
