Oksana Grigorieva Should Have Taken The $15 Million

The last time we heard from Oksana Grigorieva she was riding off in the sunset after turning down $15M from Mel Gibson when she thought she could get much more from him in court. It didn't happen so Oksana had to settle for trying to live on the $20K a month in child support Mel pays and the $2500 a month in child support that Timothy Dalton pays. A quarter of million doesn't go as far as it used to and Oksana filed for bankruptcy this week saying she only has $10 in cash and almost a half million dollars in debt. Her big expense is the $250K she owes her 5 separate lawyers who handled her case with Mel. She probably spends money every month on her music career which was never going anywhere. The only reason she got a record deal is because Mel had a label and he was having sex with her. She did manage to help destroy his career by recording his rants for the world to hear. She probably thinks she is too good to work somewhere for a paycheck and figures this filing will keep her from having to get a real job.

From $15M To $750K

Greed got the best of Oksana Grigorieva. She was not satisfied with the $15M she was supposed to get in a settlement with him so ripped it up and went for more and ended up with $750K. After legal bills, she will probably end up with $300K tops which she will probably blow through by the end of next year. How does anyone think they are going to get more than $15M? Just because the guy threatened your life does not mean you are going to get more money. Instead of living comfortable the rest of her life, apparently she wanted to live like a billionaire or something. This has to rank up there with one of the worst decisions ever made.

Is Oksana Trying To Get An iPhone Deal?

Did you watch Oksana on Larry King last night? Although it was interesting to hear her first person account of what happened, it is not much different than what we have already read and heard. What I could not get past is how much Oksana seemed to mention her iPhone every five seconds. When Larry asked her about the quality of the sound recordings, Oksana started talking about this iPhone App that records conversations and she must have mentioned it several times. Then, when talking about Mel coming to the house in what she thought would be the last minutes of her life, what goes through her mind? "I knew Mel was calling on his old cell phone and not his new iPhone, because it sounded like he was in a tunnel."

Seriously? This is what crosses your mind? I am definitely on Team Oksana still, I just thought it was interesting how much she seemed to love her phone. The only new things Oksana added to what I had not heard, or don't remember hearing before is that she said Mel choked her and hit her in front of her son. For some reason, I thought Mel had only done that with Lucia there and not the son.

Mel Gibson Admits Slapping Oksana

TMZ has received some documents in the ongoing legal case between Oksana and Mel Gibson. In his declaration, Mel admits that he did slap Oksana one time. He says he never punched her, only slapped her with an open hand and did so to save the baby, Lucia, from what he thought was going to be her death.

Mel said he and Oksana were arguing. Oksana told Mel, "Stop yelling or you will make her into a retarded brain damaged idiot!" Oksana then ran from the house with Lucia and Mel was afraid that Oksana would fall down on the property and hurt Lucia. When Oksana came back inside, Oksana was "hysterical" and her "rapid movements were causing Lucia's little body to be flung from one side to the other, her head shaking violently."

So, he slapped her to get her to calm down. He insists it only happened once and he only did it to protect his child.

Oksana Is Only Worth $75K To Playboy

If I am Oksana Grigorieva, and thank goodness I am not or else I would have had sex with Mel Gibson, I would be offended. Jwowww, of Jersey Shore fame just turned down $400K to pose nude for Playboy. That is a lot of money. I think Jwoww will probably end up regretting she did not take that offer because in about 30 minutes when her fame runs out she would probably jump at the chance to earn that much money for taking off her clothes.

According to TMZ, Oksana has been offered a full nude layout and the cover of Playboy but they are only willing to shell out $75K to have her on the cover. That seems really low if Jwowww was offered $400K. I don't have any desire to really see Oksana naked, but I would think she would sell almost as many magazines as Jwowww because Oksana's story is more interesting. Jwowww has nothing to say about anything.

Oksana's Boyfriend Had Sex With Oksana - Writing Book

Kristian Herzog was the bodyguard for Oksana Grigorieva until he was ordered to stay away from Oksana's daughter because of a criminal record involving guns. Now, Kristian says he has over 1,000 e-mails and 1,000 texts from Oksana which documents everything that has happened in the Mel Gibson case. he also claims that for the past several months he and Oksana have been having sex and that he still communicates with her on a daily basis.

So, what is a guy to do with all those texts and e-mails and sex stories? Write a book of course. According to TMZ, the former bodyguard did not sign any sort of confidentiality agreement so he is writing away. Honestly, he can probably make more selling it all to one of the tabloids. A book seems like a bit much, however a series of daily tabloid stories would be easier to digest and probably make him way more money.

Was Oksana Trying To Get Mel Back?

TMZ obtained an e-mail from Mel Gibson and the reply from Oksana Grigorieva. It is pretty obvious TMZ got the e-mails from someone on Mel's side since they have been huge Mel supporters from day one. As I have said before, you cannot have that Warner Brothers library go to crap so TMZ and the other Warner Brothers subsidiaries have been stepping up and making sure Mel gets as much positive spin on things as they can. Don't ever forget who owns TMZ when you read Mel Gibson stories on their site because they will never tell you.

With all of that being said, the e-mails they obtained are kind of strange. They are dated March 1st. All the taped things we have previously heard occurred in the first week of January. In March, Oksana was already discussing the events of January with investigators so you would think she would have extra anger towards Mel, but it seems like she wants to get back together with him. In his e-mail to her, Mel calls himself a failure and blah blah blah. Oksana replies a few hours later by telling him he is a great guy and a amazing and she will be sure to tell their daughter that too. Oksana's English is not fantastic and when you combine it with text abbreviations it can be tough to read. However, the last sentence is pretty easy to understand.

"I love u, that doesn't change. Even if u don't want it anymore."

Now is she saying that he does not want her anymore, or her love? It seems like the answer is obvious and it is referring to her love rather than her, but if you read the rest of the e-mail, you may get a different opinion. You can read them here.
