There will be no radio show tomorrow. Next week we will be back and in a brand new home which should be permanent!! We have some great great guests lined up for next week and hopefully one you have all been clamoring for. It will be worth the wait. We might even try and do an extra hour just to have one hour of your calls. Plus, I will be feeling better next week. Right now if you heard me, well, you would not be able to hear me through all the coughing. The good news is I lost six pounds this week.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who tuned into the first episode of the radio show on Saturday. For those of you who woke up early and listened live, I know it was reeeeeally early and I appreciate you commenting on Facebook and participating real time with the show. I hope you will continue doing so because the whole idea of the show is to make the site more interactive and it was great seeing that response. Thanks also to those who have downloaded the podcasts. So many of you have e-mailed or posted comments and I appreciate you taking time to listen and to provide your feedback.

Because it was a first effort there were some glitches and Carli and I are going to iron those out. We are working with lots of ideas for formatting and how many guests to have an also trying to make sure we can incorporate you, the listener, or reader into it, and do all of this in what is a very fast two hours. Donal Logue slept in on Saturday, and the blind voice, was a little confused about the time she needed to be ready, but both promise they will be there this Saturday. As the week goes on, I will be telling you more about the guests for this week and we also have some things we are going to try for the first time this week that I hope bring some laughs to the morning.

Because I am so slow on the uptake for the Twitter world, Carli has taken the cause up and started her own Twitter page. I hope you will look her up and start following her and it will be a great way to communicate with her about the show before, during and after.

Also, if you enjoyed what you heard, feel free to e-mail your local radio station and ask them to add us to their lineup. It does not cost them anything and it will also allow more people to listen and participate.

Finally, anyone with some technical knowledge, I would appreciate some help with the uploading to iTunes. I uploaded it on Saturday and they said they received it, but I cannot find it. If you find it or know a better way to search for it, let me know! I did see on the podcast site I chose that there is a button which lets you subscribe to the podcast via iTunes so hopefully that at least works.

Radio Show Preview

Tomorrow morning is the premiere of the Crazy Days And Nights Radio show. It hits the airwaves at 6am Pacific Time. You can listen to the show on KVTA 1520 if you are in the Los Angeles area, or you can listen live on the internet, by clicking here. A few hours after the show a podcast will be posted so you can listen anytime during the week whenever you want. As I previously mentioned, my second ex-wife Carli will be joining me on the air.

Donal Logue Donal started off as the MTV taxi driver and then went on to star in movies, the show Grounded For Life and the recent show Terriers.

Carolyn Hennesy Carolyn plays Barb on Cougar Town, but most of you might know her best as Diane Miller from General Hospital.

Juliet Izon Juliet is one of the Scene Queens from Life & Style Magazine and she will be joining us to put a New York and tabloid perspective on everything.

Radio Blind Item - Week 1

As you know, tomorrow is the premiere of the radio show. It just would not be any fun though if there was not a blind item somehow associated with the show. I thought about reading blind items on the air, but that seemed kind of boring. So, instead I thought I would try this idea. Every week until you guess it, I will give a clue here on the site which will be fairly obscure. Each week, the clues will get easier. Meanwhile, the subject of the guesses will call in every week to the show and that person and I will discuss, well, just about anything. We may talk about their career or just about the weather wherever they are. So, tune into tomorrow to see if you can guess who they are.

Well, it seems like it has been forever, but really only a month. The radio show is all set for this Saturday morning live from 6am to 8am Pacific time. The show will be coming to you live from my basement and broadcast on KVTA 1520 on your radio dial, but also streaming on the internet all over the world. Carli and I already have a couple of great guests lined up and are trying to get even more to keep you entertained throughout the morning or afternoon or whatever time it is when you listen. There will be a podcast after and I will have a link to the radio station site up on CDAN so you can just click on that on Saturday morning.

Make sure you tell your friends and family and also tell your local radio station programmers to listen in too. We would love to be able to come into your cars and homes via radio and not just with you having to listen on the internet.
