Tom Cruise Says He Has Cheerful Phone Calls With Suri

I know it has been forever since we have seen Tom Cruise with Suri Cruise and that is why he should just give up this lawsuit he filed against In Touch. He is suing them for $50M because they say he abandoned Suri. Tom filed documents with the court saying his relationship with Suri is "wonderful and they have cheery phone calls." He also says that he e-mails Katie Holmes. First of all let me know when other Scientologists are allowed to e-mail their ex and to have cheerful phone calls with their kids. I bet a lot of them are wondering how come they are not allowed to do that and Tom is.

Tom is going to lose because he is going to have a hard time proving any damages. Tell me how he lost $50M because In Touch used the word abandoned. He didn't. He makes more money than ever. What he wants is to make them pay but he is not going to have any luck. He says in the court documents that he was busy filming two movies but that he was a constant presence in her life at the time. OK, what about now? Is he still filming all these movies back to back? Huh, then I guess he wasn't hurt by what they claimed? When is the last time you saw them together? If you go from seeing your child almost every day to cheerful phone calls for a year is that abandoning them? I just don't see how that one word is going to get him $50M.

Suri Cruise Flies To London

I'm sure there are lots of kids in Scientology or from Scientology families that would love to see their parents. They are not allowed under the disconnect policy of the church. Those families also will not have to face the press on a movie promotional tour and have to hopefully answer questions about Leah Remini and her break from the church and her disconnection accusations. See, now Tom can say that, despite his infrequent visits with Suri, he can say there is no disconnect policy or else how would he be able to see Suri and he just saw her and blah blah blah. He is going to be prepared for the questions. I can't even remember the last time she saw him. It happens infrequently enough that the tabloids mention when she does go see him. I think it is very interesting that he has spent the majority of his time outside the US since he and Katie Holmes split. Yes, he has been working there, but, let us be honest, he prefers it there because he never will run into a reporter he can't dodge. The questions are coming. Will he let them come or will he only talk about his new movie which is coming out soon?

Suri Cruise Is $2M Richer

If you have had a crappy week and wondering how you are going to make it to the next paycheck you might want to turn away from this post right now. According to The Sun, Suri Cruise has just signed a deal which will pay her $2M to have her own fashion line which she will even help design, You know, because what 6 year old can't design fashions. I'm pretty sure the $2M is more than her mom made last year and is about what her dad makes in about 30 seconds. With Katie Holmes' fashion line turning into a disaster, it must kind of suck for her to see her kid making more money doing it than Katie. On the bright side, maybe Suri can give Katie a job like Jessica Simpson gave Ashlee a job.
