Wycleaf Jean Says Fugees Split Up Because Lauryn Hill Lied About Baby

Wycleaf Jean has a new book out and according to The New York Post, Wycleaf says in the book that the reason The Fugees split was because he and Lauryn Hill were having an affair. Wycleaf was married and having sex with Lauryn. She got pregnant. She told him that the baby was his, but it really wasn't. She had also been sleeping with Rohan Marley and when Wycleaf found out the truth, the group split. "She could no longer be my muse. The love spell was broken." Was it love or lust? Anyway, the group split.

Wycleaf Jean Shot In Hand In Haiti - Not Shot By Charlie Sheen

Wycleaf Jean was shot in the hand in Haiti over the weekend and it was not Charlie Sheen who did it. I saw that Charlie Sheen was headed to Haiti to bring them his comedy show because I am sure they will all understand and appreciate how a guy who made $2M a week would give that all up to do coke and sleep with porn stars. I mean, I am sure all the people in Haiti will be able to relate to that. Maybe he is going because he is a warlock. Anyway, when I saw the words Charlie Sheen, Haiti, and gun shot, I immediately flashed back to Kelly Preston. It turns out though that Charlie is not in Haiti yet, and that Wycleaf is doing ok and will get back to winning as soon as possible.

Wycleaf Jean Says Sean Penn Uses Coke

At a concert on Friday night, Wycleaf Jean took a shot at Sean Penn. While we would all probably like to take a shot at Sean Penn for many things, Wycleaf was taking one because of the way Sean Penn called out Wycleaf when Wycleaf announced that he would be running for President of Haiti.

At the time, Sean said something like he thought the whole thing was for show and that Haiti needed a President who would actually spend time in Haiti and had spent time in Haiti rather than just trying to garner publicity.

Well, on Friday night, Wycleaf finally responded and said, "I got a message for Sean Penn: Maybe he ain't see me in Haiti because he was too busy sniffing cocaine."

Well, actually he did not really say it, but rather sang it. He probably thought it would be easier to get away with if he sang it.

Of course Sean responded but with a strange PR twist thing to it and a dig right back at Wycleaf.

"Mr. Jean is clearly unfamiliar with the physical demands put upon volunteers in Haiti. As aid workers there, the notion of depleting the body’s immune system thru the use of illicit drugs is ludicrous. More specifically, J/P Haitian Relief Organization (a.k.a. JPHRO) has a ZERO tolerance policy for any and all illegal drugs," said Mara Buxbaum. "As the leader of this organization, Sean Penn has not only set this policy, but adheres to it. That Mr. Jean would make such a false accusation is reckless and saddening, but not surprising."

So, Wycleaf Jean announces he is going to run for the Presidency of Haiti and immediately after doing so, Sean Penn goes on CNN and says he does not trust Wycleaf. Now, although Sean can be a cranky guy and is someone I have no desire to ever hold a conversation with or be close to, I will say that he knows a lot about Haiti. Sure, Sean can be an a-hole of epic proportions, just had his divorce finalized because he could not keep it in his pants even when his wife was around and is probably jealous Robin is going to be in Girl With The Dragon tattoo and get to have sex scenes with Daniel Craig. But, all that being said, Sean has been in Haiti almost since the beginning of the crisis and at this point is probably an expert. Although he may have the smallest peen on record, never shower, and smell like a chain smoker who has not brushed his teeth in a year, if Sean says something about Wycleaf being President we should listen.

"This is somebody who's going to receive an enormous amount of support from the United States, and I have to say I'm very suspicious of it, simply because he, as an ambassador at large, has been virtually silent. For those of us in Haiti, he has been a non-presence. I see in Wyclef Jean somebody who could well have been influenced by the promise of support of companies. I think Haiti is clearly vulnerable ... There is a history of American interests coming in and underpaying people. This is a culture of one to two dollars a day, that they were making."



He then went on to fully throw Wycleaf under the bus by saying, "I haven't seen or heard anything of [Wyclef Jean] in these last six months that I've been in Haiti. I think he's an important voice. I hope he doesn't sacrifice that voice by taking the eye off the very devastating realities on the ground," Penn said. "I want to see someone who's really, really willing to sacrifice for their country, and not just someone who I personally saw with vulgar entourage of vehicles that demonstrated a wealth in Haiti that, in context, I felt was a very obscene demonstration."

Wycleaf says Sean should give him a call. That's it? That is all you have after that trashing? Tell him to give me a call? Wow.
