This is a young woman of legal age keeping her boyfriend interested, in her own way, while they are apart. This was something personal between the two of them and she never expected anyone to get their greedy paws on them. Her career? Perhaps Disney will rethink her future with them. But this girl is beautiful and talented, unlike some of the crap we see constantly in the media. I hope Vanessa recovers from this quickly and this will be swept away. In fact, I'm sure it will be. At the moment I'll bet she's more concerned about her family.

its a sad sad day for a lot of little kids and for people who thought tis was a new era of teen stars.
but we shoud all remember life at her age and keep in mind she isnt 14 but 18. an adult. who isnt just some disney star, but a person who deserves to be a normal teen.

I have to agree. She IS of age, and it Is her choice. This is not a giant, 45 minute Video of her and Zac getting it on, so thats good at least. It is unfortunate that it got leaked, but If we were all ti just ignore it, and let it become old news, I bet money she could go back into movies, but it's not going to happen. To play the devil's advocate however, she took them, knowing of her status, and having the history of other celebs who have made the same mistake. so, this is in a tiny way her fault. It was her choice, and I am sure she is not happy that she did it.

I don't get the viciousness of some of these postings. You can never really tell what someone is truly like, but from all evidence V seems to be a nice, unpretentious girl. I think she looks nice in the photo; not sexy per se, because I don't think she has te natural sluttishness of a Britney or Lindsay.
As for Disney, if they're smart they'll just say, "We knew all along she was a beautiful girl, and this justs confirms it."

Pixie, I don't think anyone's saying this is all "pure and innocent", but it was meant to be a private and intimate thing, and I think you're honestly being a bit too harsh in completely trashing her.
So just because she's an idol for young children means she can't have a life? Come on. She's a healthy young teenage girl, and guess what? She makes mistakes too. At least she's had the guts to actually admit it's her, and apologise for it, which is a lot more than most other celebrities in her position would have done.

The photo is pretty tasteful compared to some of the other scandalous photos that have been posted in the past. Ms. Hudgins is a star, but contrary to what anyone thinks, she has rights to privacy just like everyone else. It is not a matter of who is to blame for her taking this picture or who posted it. It is a matter of the judgment she is receiving from "haters" and "fans" alike. Other countries in the world don't crucify celebrities the way we do for errors in judgment the way we do. What makes this shocking is that the pictures were taken when she was 16 not 18 and were for a boy that she was not dating (latest news). This fact is what makes this shocking. That she was not 18 y/o wanting attention from her boyfriend, but was a 16 y/o trying to make her way in Hollywood by sending these pics to a boy that was more famous than her. Parents should pressure Disney to discipline this star and make an example that this is unacceptable.
