It's Bill Paxton, not Pullman, and he said something about "Dexter" not cancer. You can see his tongue hitting the roof of his mouth when he annunciates the T.
I'm amazed that no one has commented on what that thing on McPhee's head is. I mean, is it hair or is she imitating a Fisher Price Little Person? Every shade of wrong imaginable.
Then there's Lohan, who is obviously trying to hide her face since she wasn't invited to anything and was hoping not to get booted out. I can't even be sad about her rapid descent because she doesn't even try to redeem herself.

Sandra Bullock looks gorgeous. Gasp! Knee fat on Lindsay? At least Ashley isn't wearing a sack; great color but the dress belongs to a 10 year old. Anniston looks like she stepped on her dress. Pretty dress (black works for her) and shows her assets well. She & Gerard look good together (whether they are or not). Kevin Bacon is eternally handsome.

I have to say, Demi Moore looks fantastic. If she has had plastic surgery, he surgeon is a genius. I have seen proof before though, that a raw vegan diet can do miraculous things to your appearance, even make you look years younger. So who knows. She still looks amazing.
As for the Bill Paxton thing - I don't think he said anything about cancer, but with a little imagination, I thought it looked like he said "I better get my cancer on". Second sentence he says after the camera pans to him.

I did think Michael C. Hall and John Lithgow both deserved their awards though, I became a big Dexter fan last year. It's a really good show.
I also think Toni Collette looked really good. It's so refreshing to see a face that moves every now and then!

It was so good to see him with a big smile, though! On Dexter, he never has a normal smile--well, due to the character being a sociopath and all.
