Lindsay Lohan Won't Be Charged In Hit & Run
Shortly after the police referred Lindsay Lohan's hit and run case to the district attorney, the DA said they will not be filing any charges against Lindsay because the victim was not credible and there is no video and no medical records to support the claims he was making. Well, I guess this is one for Lindsay. Now she just has to find out about the case where she allegedly shoved that woman. Oh, and is anything happening in the case where she threw a drink in a woman's face?

The hit & run case is one where she actually didn't do anything. That guy just wanted $$. As much as I think she's a train wreck asshat, this one turned out properly.
Jesus that bitch could murder Obama and his family on live TV and still get away with it.
The outcome would be no different, whether she hit him in front of a hundred witnesses and it was caught on video.

As much as I too hate to admit it, I think someone saw a grand opportunity here based on her past history and was looking to make a buck. Now if only they WOULD punish her for the stuff she actually does.
I have an idea for Sir Richard Branson. He should use Linds to test his commercial space travel system. Oh, and all of the members of the K clan as well. That would put all of these people to better use than just being around to annoy us all on a continuous basis.

For all of her substance abuse problems, for all of the horrible damage she had done and is likely to do before she either dies or cleans up, what I really want to do when I see pics of her is wade in and smack the goddamn cigarette out of her mouth.
She can recover from everything else she's doing to destroy herself, assuming her liver isn't too screwed, but she's literally smoking herself to death in front of us.
How sad do you have to be that you would even be useless for harvesting organs?
