I hope Lindsay doesn't join the 27 Club. That club should be reserved for "tortured" souls with actual talent. Lindsay was talented during puberty, but she doesn't deserve a spot in the 27 Club.

@figgy - the only problem I have with your statement is that the members of the 27 club all were talented. Lindsay is only talented at snorting coke, taking pills, having wrecks, being a wreck, and lying. I don't think she should be allowed in the club. :)

Amen. I don't hate her/want her dead/anything that bad, but doing time would definitely be appropriate (and has been for quite some time); unfortunately, she might not actually learn anything from the experience, or at least anything that would help her change her life in a positive way. There are messed-up people you feel bad for, and pray they get their act together, because they're basically good people with a bad problem; she, unfortuantely, has shown herself to be a thoroughly unpleasant individual who has no concern for anyone except herself.
I'm following that. Glad he's still here.

Am I the only one who is so bored with Lindsay Lohan news? Not in an I hate her, I'm sick of her, don't give her any attention kind of way. When she first started screwing up so badly it was HILARIOUS to me and just thought, how entertaining! What a mess! What a joke! But now I just think, meh, Lindsay fucked up again. What else is new? It's like she's so far gone it's not even entertaining anymore that she's such a disaster. Okay, maybe a little. :)

Congrats on the non smoking ReesesPeace! I'll be three weeks on Sunday. The first week sucks but it gets better! I have horrible morning sickness right now so it makes it easier that way but I still get the occasional nic fit.. They only last five minutes tops though.. You can do eeeet!

My quit smoking day is the 14th, any advice, I'm a bit apprehensive so any advice should help. I'm ready and really want to do it. I've banished everything else but I think his is going to be really hard, it's my only vice left (besides caffeine, and I'm not giving that up)!
On another note, Vince the Sham Wow guy hahahaha, that is so great, I thought he was totally rediculous but at the same time had to watch the commercial ever time! Didn't he get in trouble for something a few years back? My husband and I laughed our asses off at his mug shot. I dont remember what it was for though.
She needs to be locked away. For stealing, drunk driving, drug use, hit and run,...If it were anyone else they would be. After she tweeted the pic of her on the private plane with the Chanel, and Hermes, she just has it coming to her. The "Lindsay's getting locked up" headlines are getting old.

Good luck with your quitting smoking. You can do it. I was smoking 15-20 a day to cold turkey. What did it for me was someone I knew who died from cancer and that shocked the bejesus out of me. All the best!! You can do it.
Congratulations to all the new non-smokers! I'm one of you, according to my SilkQuit meter, it's been 2 months, 5 days, 2 hours, forty-four minutes and 9 seconds, I've saved $454.82, regained 5 days and 18 minutes of life, and have not smoked 1652 cigarettes. In that time I've done my share of scrounging for a cigarette, and if someone offered me one now, I'd probably take it. It's a hard row to hoe.
Re quitting smoking: for me it took a good 6-8 tries, some of those with the patch/gum, cold turkey, Zyban/Wellbutrin. What finally worked for me is using the patch, making my list of reasons NOT to smoke, and the websites quitnet.com & whyquit.com. Some people can quit cold turkey, but if you choose not to, that's totally fine too...it's YOUR quit! Be kind to yourself, rest, hydrate, chew on things - my 'chew toy' was cocktail straws. If you drink alcohol, try to refrain for a few weeks. I had to change beer flavors to break associations. Take it minute by minute instead of looking at forever. And this little tidbit worked for me mentally after I had a few days under my belt: It's not the first cigarette you want it's the second. And to clarify - if you've ever quit for any length of time, the 1st one never tastes as good, but you know the 2nd will. I have about 5 years quit now and I do get inklings of cravings but very rarely, but truth be told, they never go away. That's the reality of it.

Honestly, I dunno about this. One oph my Phacebook pals has just sent me a spare vaping kit...eGo, I believe. I think that will help me a lot. I'm so struggling right now and I've had 2 ciggies today. I phigure even iph I cut wayyyy down phrom the 2 packs I've been smoking, that will be way better phor me.
@Sherry...did you eat bephore taking the Chantix? My one sis was very successphul using Chantix (almost 7 years smokeless!), the other sis, not so much. The 2nd sis would get gahdawphul sick and puke phor hours. That is one oph the reasons I didn't opt phor Chantix. I have an inner ear disorder which causes vertigo, nausea and vomiting. Anyhoo, sorry phor the tangent, but I guess she wasn't eating much when she was doing the Chantix.

Just in case Enty is serious, I wonder if anyone has explained to LL what reincarnation actually means, i.e., the person would have to have died before you were born for that to be possible.
