Michael Jackson Overdosed Twice Before He Died

One of the people expected to testify at the Michael Jackson trial that begins today is a former maid (above) of Michael Jackson who is going to testify that while she worked for Michael, he overdosed twice and almost died on each occasion. She will say that almost daily Michael passed out from all the drugs he took on a daily basis. One of the two overdoses, the maid found him in his bed and thought he was dead, but could hear him barely breathing. She says that one time a security guard found him at the edge of the pool and also thought he was dead, but managed to detect breathing.

Tyler said...: Yeah, not surprising that an eventual fatal overdose was preceded by a close call or two, but I don't think trying to conflate recreational drug abuse with a doctor administered non-recreational drug overdose will fly.; 7:06 AM

chumsley said...: Speaking from my own experience, when you lose a parent when you're a kid, sometimes you just block out all the bad memories and only remember the good times. And if you're as stubborn as I was, you refuse to listen if someone tried to suggest anything different (often with a drama queen covering the ears "l can't hear you" scene).; 7:33 AM

Unknown said...: This is not shocking at all. Matter of fact I was expecting it. MJ was a junkie. A hard core Junkie, they found scripts in his room from several Dr.s shit like that doesn't happen over night.

No one pops a pill or two one day and then the next day starts soliciting scripts from multiple Dr.s

I completely forgot about the ongoing lawsuit where his enabler.. I mean mom is suing AEG for like a billion dollars.

But, would these claims help his mother's case? Her son couldn't do the job and die trying to fulfill contracual obligations set by AEG?; 9:50 AM

For real..that is what I'm saying. Where the hell was she and the rest of his family when all this was going on?

And yea, I understand being related to a person with substance abuse issues is very frustrating and difficult. There does come a time when family and friends have to put their hands in the air and walk away because the abuser is not going to get sober until they are ready. And if Katherine and the rest of his family did stage an intervention and do all they could to get Michael help, well I stand corrected. But something is telling me they didn't do sh*t but allow him to kill himself with the drugs he was taking as long as the $$$$ rolled in. Any member of that family (besides the children of course) that turned the other cheek to his drug addictions have as much blood on their hands as Conrad Murray and Micheal Jackson himself does for his death. That family is further exploiting Michael in his death with this lawsuit and all in the name of money.

To them he was great, but was it bcs he was what we'd call great, or what a kid would call great? They loved him like any child loves their parents, and he was the only parent they knew!; 1:02 PM
