This B+ list mostly television actress ran away from a group of fans who started asking questions and wanting to take photos of the sometimes controversial actress on a hit show. She smiled awkwardly and refused to answer any questions about anything, even her kid when they were put to her. She just wanted to get away. Never seen a more awkward celebrity in public.

I don't blame her. She's not obligated to answer personal questions being tossed at her by strangers.
Strangers asking personal questions about my kid would have me swerving them too.
I don't like her acting but I like her.
I like her, and I don't understand why a person who wants to act, automatically becomes property of the public. JJ does promotions for projects, but she's no tab whore or attention-seeker about her private life.

I got no beef with JJ. I actually respect that she wants to keep the identity of her child's father private.

She shouldn't be asked questions about her personal life and they should leave her alone if the kid is there. What a invasion of privacy. I could understand - love that show you are on or I love the work you do. People need to get a life.

Is it possible this poor woman has Asberger's Syndrome? Socially awkward, unable to develop relationships, inability to read social signals? Most woman, especially of her age, are never diagnosed.
This has to be the lamest blind ever. Honestly, just to get the number of inconsequential blinds up for future "reveals," I fully expect The Enties to start giving us blinds like "What celebrity was recently seen walking the red carpet wearing an unflattering gown?" And "This actress, in spite of already being a size 4, was seen eating dessert."

I am soooo sure she has it. I just got diagnoised myself and she seems to act just like me. I really feel for her.
I have nothing to say about this woman's talent or lack thereof. She is clearly a mental and emotional mess, though, and if she's so socially phobic she really should reconsider her career choices.

Cocopuff - so true. Asperger's was wrong viewed for years as affecting males only. AS women find it easier to be friends with males because Girl World is difficult to decipher without the social cues toolkit.
I believe January Jones is quite talented. "Mad Men" fans confuse her with the feelings that her troubled and distant character give them about their own mothers, possibly? She was disliked long before her mystery baby or the Bobby Flay incident. Don Draper cheated on his wife and stuck her with the kids neglectfully for years, and her character had the audacity to grow distant from poor treatment and file for divorce. Yet people love Don and dislike his wife. Maybe she reacted like mom did, maybe?
I like her, and she doesn't have to answer anything about her kid.
