Kim's been almost pregnant for three years straight so I don't see how she could fit in a bunch of booze filled outbursts.
But you're right about Staub; her kids are grown now.

I second the Kelly guess, wasn't she charged with assaulting her boyfriend during a boozefest?
I could see this being either Cindy Barshop (NY) or Kim Z (ATL). Strongly leaning Cindy on this, though. Kim Z. would just yell "Sweeeeeeee-teeeeee!" and make her deal with it.
Sonja Morgan has little girl, is a drunk and thinks her staff should enjoy cleaning her chamber pot.
I thought Kelly's girls were older now too? Alex sounds like a winner, she wants her little bebes to grow up sophisticated and high class. No late lunches here!
