THUMBS UP for 'Locke'! Great tension and emotional impact. Tom Hardy's performance was the equal of his work in 'Bronson' (proof that he has tremendous range as a leading man). I'd advise either watching it alone or with someone that you know will appreciate a subtle, intelligent film.

@Tricia, I have heard stories about her ... she was Sherry Lansing's particular pet at Paramount which is allegedly why she got cast in a couple of their films ... one story which she told on herself in a magazine interview is about Paramount's 90th anniversary luncheon, where she was somehow seated at the wrong table with a bunch of boring accountants who were talking about work, when Sherry Lansing (then Pres of Paramount?) came and "rescued" her and seated her at a table with A-listers, and Ashley Judd actually said in the interview, for attribution: "And thus I was restored to my place in the pantheon."
Wow, tone deaf much? Who talks about themselves like that? The pantheon is the temple to the GODS.
And you also have to wonder how boring she is that a bunch of accountants seated at the same table with her would rather talk about work than talk to her.
Anyway, Paramount's 100th anniversary luncheon was last year, big 2-page photo spread in Vanity Fair, maybe 100 stars in the photo, and no Ashley. She hasn't had a leading role in a big budget Hollywood movie since 2004 and that one was the worst-reviewed movie of the entire year and lost millions. It only had a 4% Rotten Tomatoes rating!
So, back to Sherry Lansing and whether AJ is gay, bi or whatever. This possibly suspect source said that it is widely known in AJ's personal circles that due to childhood abuse she is hypersexualized and behaves in an inappropriate manner. I tend to think this is true because I have heard from other sources that she walks around nude all the time and even greeted a yoga instructor in the nude (he felt uncomfortable and left). And this I *KNOW* to be true because I'm friends with a woman whose husband worked on AJ's ex-husband's IndyCar crew for years. AJ was well-known among the pit crew for not wearing underwear and for "accidentally" flashing her private parts at them. Just - gross. Her ex-husband was so classy, how he ended up with her...well the story goes that he had a really bad racing accident while they were dating, concussion, memory loss, inability to focus, and he was not himself mentally for almost two years. They got married during this time period and then he was stuck with her - hee!
Anyway, I keep drifting off topic but the impression I got is that she was massively ambitious and basically would bang anybody in a position to get her an acting gig - gender unimportant.
Which doesn't make her all that unusual in Hollywood. And doesn't necessarily make her gay.

AJ is certainly crazy and takes more pills than you can count. I don't know that child sexual trauma made her hypersexualized as much as her borderline/narcissistic personality disorder did.
As for Lansing, plenty of girls have gotten up the Hollywood ladder her way. Rumored to have been Jodie Foster's rabbi for many years and Jessica Chastain's more recently.
