This was the same conclusion I came to from this jumbled mess.
But she always looks kinda orange.
I think it means an actress who is on her second network show which involves a family - Modern Family or something similar. I don't watch enough network TV anymore to know what is on.
Maybe by "family" Enty means a producer - something like Shondaland - so someone who is now on their second show for the same producer.
Well that could be Lea then, as she seems to only get hired by Ryan Murphy.
