Yes, this rumour has existed for years, and he has that sort of skullface, sadly, from weight loss that many full blown AIDs sufferers get. Other gossip columnists have written about this for at least 5 years.

JVCD just wrapped up "Kill em All" (an action movie) and is slated to film "Kickboxer Retaliation" (another action movie). He does look very gaunt and has that perma-tan ugliness, but not sure the blind describes him accurately. Poorly written blind if it's him.

JCVD just did the Kickboxer remake/sequel. He had one or two action scenes in it. He makes 4 or 5 shitty action movies a year. He looks like shit, but he keeps making them

Yes, I agree. I've looked at recent pics of him and it's apparent that he is ill. I have a friend with HIV/AIDS who has the same look about his skin - not sure how to describe it, but the facial skin looks scarred and sunken. JCVD is very sick and it's probably HIV/AIDS. I wish him well.
