well this is obviously not anyone who has a home in LA, as the hair appointment would have been there.
It's a legend, so it's not Celine, Janet, Britney, Mariah or anyone else under the age of 50.
And it very well could be someone who has a home in LA, because celebs do travel and do need to get their hair done. In fact, I'm betting it is someone who doesn't live in NYC, because celebs often have someone come to their home to do their hair.

twisted sister I disagree that Mariah isnt a "legend"--her career spans the 90's and this current decade, and she has more number one singles than any performer in the history of Billboard except the Beatles and possible Elvis. I dont know where the current numbers are right now but I know she's "up there".

I go with Mariah Carey. She's known for her divaesque behaviour, and not in a good way. In fact, she's known for being a real bitch.
as much as I hate to say it, it' probably Patti LaBelle if we're going the actual legend route (versus the legendary bad attitude route- in which case I'd have to agree with Mariah). She was just in Soho for Mary J Blige's album release.
Trix, I know she's got the highest numbers in her field, but I've never seen anyone that young referred to as a legend. I still think it's someone over 50.
