More Accusations Against Britney - She Hit Her Kids, Had Sex In Front Of Them, And More
Radar Online got a copy of the suit that Britney Spears' former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, is planning on filing. In the suite, Fernando accuses Britney of hitting her kids, having sex in front of them, and also making them eat until they vomited.
This guy has been all over Britney for months trying to get money from her. He says that her actions disgusted him and left him emotionally scarred. I think the claims that she exposed herself to him have been made before. He also says that she had sex in front of him numerous times. Huh? Did she make you stand there and watch?
He also alleges that Britney had sex with people while her kids were in the same hotel room. It is unknown if they actually saw anything or were just privy to the sounds of which Fernando says there were many.
The most shocking things to be revealed are that Britney intentionally fed her kids crabs even though they are allergic to seafood. Both boys became sick and when someone wanted to call a doctor, Britney told the person to mind their own f**king business.
In addition, Fernando says Britney borrowed his belt and then proceeded to repeatedly hit Preston with it.
Now, it must be said that Fernando also reported Britney to Child Protective Services and they said his claims were without merit so I don't know how well his lawsuit is going to do.

She has already been investigated by child services for all these allegations which proved to be unfounded. Her people even said he was never a bodyguard for her. Total BS.
Feeding her kids food that they're allergic to? Not unless she has Munchausen by Proxy. Sorry, I don't believe it.

Yeah, crabs just don't sound like food in Britney's junk-food repertoire. Also, this guy is skating a very thin line -- if child protective service has said these claims are without merit and he's still going to push it he can be countersued successfully for libel and/or slander. Free speech doesn't protect you from imprisonment or fines if what you're saying ain't true (and it would be easy to show he's continuing to air these complaints with malice).

The proximity of the statements about Britney having sex & feeding the kids crabs...it makes me very uncomfortable...
P.S. I don't believe these allegations. She's not very bright and we all know she's not exactly mother of the year, but I don't believe this at all.
those are some pretty darn serious allegtions...and i don't believe it. i think her daddy poo keeps her under a pretty tight reign, if i understand correctly. as far as having sex in the same hotel room as your kids...uuummm, i am guilty of that one. but they were babies, i promise!

Still, I don't believe Britney is quite the easy mark he thought she'd be.
I doubt she's up for mother of the year awards, but I have a really hard time imagining that she would deliberately abuse her children or feed them something she knew was an allergen. I call BS-this guy wanted a quick buck.

Totally agree with you Cheryll. If this is untrue what a lowlife this guy is. If it is true, I feel for the children.
She might be crazy but she is still under her father's conservatorship, so wouldn't that rule out ANY of these things happening? If he's there all the time? I'm sure if it were true there would be more than just one person speaking out especially on the child abuse allegations. At least I'd hope.

I kind of think that has happened. K Fed has SOLE physical custody. That doesn't just happen on a judges whim and she had the money to hire the very best attorneys and she still was defeated.
Also, the whole conservatorship with her dad.
I think Britney has A LOT of things in her closet that we have not been privy to, which honestly, I don't want or need to know. I think she is a troubled soul. I DO NOT like what this guy is doing and he is not saying these things for pure reasons, he is most DEFINATELY motivated by money, that being said, it would not surprise me if this stuff was true.
p.s. For the record- I think this guy is SCUM!
