There is a case in the uk about the tabloids hacking celebs telephones. Jude law is there to give evidence as his name was on a list of people hacked by the private investigator the tabloids hired.
Whilst giving evidence as to how the hacking affected his life the tabloids defence lawyers said oh by the way a member if your close family sold the story of sienna and Daniel having an affair back in the day. Obviously trying to imply that his phone wasn't hacked but his on family sold him out back then.
To be honest at the time she had public sympathy they were obviously toxic together perhaps whoever in his family did it then it was to get rid of sienna. That said it is a lame thing to do.
Enty, I'm still hung up on the publisher tapping phones belonging to relatives of the London bombings, UK soldiers KIA, and the horror of accessing Milly Dowler's phone and deleting messages, which led the police to continue the investigation from the premise she remained missing rather than dead. The truth is, as cruddy as the person is who sold information, and as (justifiably upset Jude is) it's still better than the other tactics they were employing.
