This foreign born former A+ list singer thinks she can compete with the younger singers of today and decided to spend several hundred thousand dollars to try and look a couple of decades younger. She should just go out and sing her music but she misses the days where she was a sex symbol and can't stand that she is not any longer.

It might have something to do with the specific clinic & ancillary services - like $5K post surgical 'serums', massages, 24-hour on-call narcotics, personalized diet, en suite nail salon...stuff like that.
It's just the way it is. The music/entertainment industry will ALWAYS want young talent instead of older talent. It draws more crowds, hits a prime demographic that spends a lot of money, plus they just look good and fresh and attractive. One cannot change human attraction just because it hurts people's feelings. If you're going into this business you need to accept that and it sounds like she can't and is super bitter about it.
Also when women get plastic surgery on a Hollywood level it shows SO HARD. You might as well wear a sign that says "I'm insecure about my age so I had surgery to trick you into thinking I'm younger but it just further emphasizes my age (plus it makes me look worse)"
That would be a long sign though.
Brandi Glanville is a great example - reminds me of someone whose plastic surgery has actually made her look SO much older. It blew my mind when I found out she was in her forties. I thought she was older.
I bet when she was done she said, "Man! I feel like a woman!"

Plastic surgery rarely looks good. The women either look like the Joker or look like they were stung by a bee.
Just stay in shape and age naturally. I'm still in shock at what Marie Osmond did. She was a beautiful woman.
