I wouldn't be surprised if Ariana Grande had surgery...look at her face. I understand that she "grew up" but "growing up" doesn't raise your eyebrows, widen your eyes, plump your lips, etc. I don't think this blind is about her (Iggy seems more likely) but yes, she has MOST CERTAINLY gone under the knife. I could see her "accidentally" letting a sex tape leak but not purposely doing porn. I think she likes her sexy-innocent thing too much to just outright pose for Playboy.
She may or may not done some subtle surgery on her face, but not the rest. This is more about more than that. If you know what I mean. Also this sounds more like that the person who's about have had a boyfriend who was already was there when she denied the sex tape and when who is now against the playboy.
