Interestingly, I happened upon a Narciso Rodriguez, Jr (42) who was charged with big time drug trafficking in NY in 2009.
That's not the same Narciso Rodriguez who is Alba's "#rideordie #friendforlife" (Alba's twitter) designer pal, though. Why, there must be dozens & dozens of people named Narciso Rodriguez. Totally.

Narciso RodrÃguez is a common name in Spanish speaking world.
RodrÃguez is a top ten in surnames frequency, and while Narciso is quite uncommon (I have only known one in my whole life), it is more common than, say, Yusnaby (South American name originated by the pronuntiation of USNavy), Estalin (I have known this guy whose parents couldn't write soviet murderers' names correctly) or Eufrasio.
Roman Polanski is a sex offender, but he is loved by European liberals, he is not hated by everyone.

Joe Francis has had a bunch of legal issues, both criminal (assault, witness tampering, wrongful imprisonment, tax evasion, racketeering) and civil (defamation), but so far as I know, he's never even been charged with a sex crime, let alone convicted of one.
Doesn't mean the blind isn't referring to him (Francis is widely hated). . .but if so, I don't think its quite accurate.
