Blind Item #2

This former A+ list singer turned A- list turned part-time actress was wasted out of her mind on some kind of opiate. No one thinks it was actually heroin but she could barely stand without being held up and dozed off a few times at some strange moments in time. Also, she really needs to talk to her plastic surgeon about the work he has been doing.
