As much as ugly is this ( having people bother you for your weight ) what can i say..at least this time this ( fat)body shaming is against a man, so Equal ( in)Opportunity at work.

I love DW but he needs to be careful. I have several close african american friends and they can be very genetically predisposed to hypertension and diabetes as they age. It's a good idea for all of us to keep our weight in check (I don't do that very successfully though) since these ailments can pile on as you get older.
Healthy diet and doctors monitoring your health regularly should be a new years goal of his.. yep
