I haven't read too much about her except for what a total SNAKE she is. I really want to find out how the HELL she got her position as Mariah Carey's manager!

Stella is really a self centered , self-seeking person that is totally unpolished , crude, uneducated, and downright train wreck . She will surely lead Mariah into the pits ( it already has begun). She is firing people left and right and isolating Mariah. Tommy was absolutely correct in stating Mariah needs to wake up as her career is sinking very quickly and it's only a matter of time for her to have a melt down as she did several years ago.
On a final note , can Mariah stop fixing her hair every three seconds ? She was more concerned about fixing her necklace New Years Eve than trying to make the situation work at all.
Wake up Mariah , surround yourself by professionals that have your best interest at heart. It's definitely not your present whatever she is .
Mariah is in Whitney Houston territory now. Whitney also had disastrous "live" performances before her death where she couldn't sing or even lip sync. Whitney also did a terrible reality show. I am afraid Mariah's brother is right that she will end up dead. It's heavily rumored she does pills and drinks like crazy. Combine all this with a sleazy uncaring manager exploiting her and it's a deadly combo....
