Last year though, the production company’s rival proved that enough millions put in the right pockets can work, even when it’s a film that was good but would never win these awards in other years. Enter the matriarch, who has deep media connections that have allowed her to elevate and legitimize otherwise unworthy offspring. The matriarch did it with the former A list rapper for the elder and now is doing it with the meme actor and the younger. She’s added $50 million to the pot. She’s also made a special deal with the meme actor where if she fixes his win, he’ll repay the favor in a big, big way. Watch it happen.
