Blind Item #4 - This Feels Very Fish 2.0
A soon-to-be lead for a CBS show coming out later this year recently got into a fight with production while he was in New York City for a chemistry read. He demanded that the studio pay for him to have a driver. The studio told him this was unreasonable, but he wouldn't give. When pressed further, he revealed that he has a phobia of subways and trains because he was once attacked by a pigeon when he was taking a subway 25 years ago when he was a student at NYU. He was going uptown for his modeling job after class, and the pigeon reportedly kept flying at his face and pecking at him in the 8th Street/NYU station. It eventually decided to settle in his hair and refused to move, pecking at him when he tried shooing it away. He hasn't stepped foot in a subway ever since. The studio didn't want to fight him on it, but production didn't have the budget for this. They came to a compromise, and one of the writers who lives in the area and has a car now picks him up and carpools with him to anything show-related in the New York City area, keeping him safe from any more unwanted avian encounters.
