Today's Blind Items - The Real Money

It wasn't that long ago that this girl group was pretty famous. They were not A list by any stretch. They were a nice solid A- list. They didn't write any of their own music. They didn't own any masters. They got a weekly salary and that was it. It was a decent salary and anyone would love to have it, but the members all knew that once the group was disbanded, the salary would also go away. Their future prospects were not that great. Well, one of the members of the group saw the writing on the wall and when an executive at the label asked if she wanted to have some fun for money she said yes. We are talking five figures for one night. Then an executive at a cable channel who is now a CEO jumped in and wanted some fun and she ended up getting nearly seven figures from him for being with him once every other week for a year. She hasn't worked in a decade and has many millions in the bank and her husband has no clue that she earned it in bed rather than from singing. One other member of the group did the same thing but she told her husband and he claimed it as his own and told her he would tell everyone how she earned it if she didn't make it "community property."
