The rumor going around in Asia at the moment is that various female celebrities are being paid to keep vibrating eggs in them during public appearances.  The client has a remote control that can turn it off and on.  So if you see a female Asian celebrity suddenly seem weak at the knees, flushed, or uncomfortable, as was with the recent story of the K-Pop members stage appearance, that is the reason.
