Today's Blind Items - The Estate

The familiy's lawsuit against the estate of the deceased permanent A-lister which was tossed out in August, are currently in the process of appealing. They refuse to be silenced along with the other two others involved in their separate lawsuit which was delayed again because they’re still trying to gather more evidence, including the sealed pictures, police reports and other documents that were never released to the public.
