Amanda Bynes Released From Hospital

The judge that ordered Amanda Bynes remain held against her will in a psychiatric hospital last week for an additional 30 days has reversed course and freed Amanda last night. Amanda celebrated by having a huge meal on Sunset Blvd while talking to herself and then wandered the street looking for a place to stay but was repeatedly turned down. This is my big question in all of this. is why Amanda was allowed to leave the hospital on her own. The hospital was notified that Amanda's mother had been given a conservatorship over Amanda which places her in charge of Amanda's life. Why didn't the hospital call her and tell her to come get Amanda? Instead they just let her walk out on her own. The doctors had argued she is still a danger to herself and others and very sick but they let her out on her own without calling anyone. That seems incredibly dangerous and foolish. 

Amanda Bynes' Parents Get Conservatorship But Her Doctors Are Still In Control

Yesterday, doctors treating Amanda Bynes convinced a judge to let them hold her against her will for an additional 30 days. At the end of those 30 days, that decision making will probably be left in the hands of her parents who obtained a conservatorship over their daughter for the second time. In their petition, the parents said Amanda is a danger to herself and others. I think Amanda getting the DUI and all of the attempted shoplifting would justify that. Apparently Amanda also was handing out gifts to random strangers that totaled about $100K which is about how much Amanda makes each year. Her parents didn't talk about her residual income and only said that Amanda makes about $12K a month from a property she owns and rents out. Not a bad rental income from one property and that her total net worth is close to $6M which is higher than when she was first placed in a conservatorship. This is the best thing for her and hopefully at some point in her life, there will be meds which will help her and maybe she can actually go to school or go back to acting or just live off that rental income forever.

Amanda Bynes Almost Got Her 5150 Reversed

Acting without an attorney, yesterday afternoon, Amanda Bynes spoke up in mental health court and almost convinced a judge that she should be released late yesterday when her 72 hour 5150 hold expired. The doctors at the Pasadena hospital and her parents asked for the judge to extend the 5150 hold for an additional 14 days to allow them to obtain another conservatorship over their daughter. The judge however only extended the hold for three more days and then will revisit the issue. Apparently, even though not all of the meds have started working, Amanda managed to hold herself together and checked off a list of several reasons why she should no longer be held. She told the judge she had not harmed herself or others and that she how she chose to live her life was her business.  She said she broke no laws, although, either one of the stores she attempted to shoplift from could have squashed that. She stated there were no grounds to keep her under a 5150 hold and was lucid and really made a strong case. Her parents better hurry if they want her to not to be out on her own again very soon.

Amanda Bynes Placed On 5150 Hold

The villain from the Britney Spears meltdown has returned in true Hollywood fashion and saved the day for now with Amanda Bynes. When Amanda's parents saw that Amanda and Sam Lufti were communicating, they contacted Sam. He managed to convince Amanda to fly to LA. He got her on the plane by promising to help her sue her parents and that he had a lawyer lined up in Pasadena. Amanda went with him to Pasadena to what she thought was an office, but turned out to be a hospital where doctors quickly placed Amanda on a 5150 hold. During the period she is on a 5150 hold, her parents will obtain another conservatorship. It had to be done, and I can't believe Sam Lufti is the guy who made it happen. 

Amanda Bynes Threatens To Sue Every Tabloid And Has A Microchip In Her Head

Amanda Bynes needs help and there are some rumblings that her parents, whom she hates are thinking about reestablishing their conservatorship over her. In a series of Twitter rants, Amanda says she is going to sue In Touch for their interview with her they published this week. That was the interview where she said she is engaged to the bait salesman and they are going to move to New York City and have a bunch of boys because she would be jealous if she had girls. Well, in that interview she also told In Touch she has a microchip in her brain which lets everyone read her thoughts. Amanda says the magazine made her look crazy and she is not insane because she is really smart. I think you can be both. She also plans on suing Star for calling her crazy and is going to be on the cover of People when she gets married. Amanda says she has already hired a lawyer in NYC and this just gets worse every day. It is just a repeat of her last episodes except this time no one wants to step up and try and get her better. I really feel for her and really wish she would start taking her meds again and just realize she needs help. 

Amanda Bynes Attempts Shoplifting Twice In One Day

Amanda Bynes skated out of two potential jail situations yesterday when she was caught attempting to shoplift not once, but twice. Pro tip. Don't wander around high end stores talking to yourself looking like you don't have the means to buy something or people and security cameras will follow you everywhere. The first thing Amanda was caught trying to shoplift was a shirt valued at $128. Amanda tried to skip out with the shirt under her arm, but an employee stopped her before she could get out the door so Amanda ended up paying for it. An hour later, Miss Sticky Fingers was at it again in Barney's. She was more subtle there. She saw a hat she liked and put it on her head and tried to walk out the door, but the security tag went off. Security escorted her to the back but never called the police. Instead she was let go after agreeing to never enter Barney's again and signing a no trespass agreement. If Amanda was caught twice, how many times was she not caught yesterday and will she do it again today? She is begging for help and neither her parents or her sister seem all that anxious to help her.
