Linda Hogan Sued By Ex-Lover

Apparently Charlie Hill has run through all of his money and doesn't want to work a real job so he has decided to sue his ex-girlfriend Linda Hogan. You may remember back in 2008 that then 19 year old Charlie started dating 48 year old Linda after Linda and Hulk Hogan split. Charlie was a class mate of Brooke Hogan and soon moved in the house that Hulk had given up in the divorce. The pair dated four years but could never get any real traction to their career. They tried a couple of reality shows, but no one was all that interested in them. I don't think anyone is all that interested in them now either but it is a Friday in the late summer and there is not much else to discuss. Charlie is suing Linda for $1.5M because he claims she owes him that much money for work he performed for her and that work does not include sex. Instead he says he waxed her yacht and fertilized her avocado trees which both sound like euphemisms for sex, but are actually real things. I can't believe she had a yacht. When the pair split, Charlie had to sign a confidentiality agreement which gave him $9K in cash and a truck and dirt bike and the engagement ring he gave her. Linda is expected to file a counter suit claiming that Charlie violated his agreement. What does he care? He probably doesn't have any money she can get anyway so he is going for broke.

Linda Hogan Watched Hulk Hogan Sex Tape

Yesterday Linda Hogan was on Access Hollywood because they have 30 minutes to fill every night and there are only so many red carpets you can show. Apparently she has written a book which no one will read. If there was anything juicy we would have already heard about it so why spend the money to go buy it. Anyway, Linda was asked what she thought about Hulk making a sex tape while the couple was married and she said that she knew he was cheating all the time but to see it happen just made her glad to be out of the relationship. So, yes, that means she did watch it. She did not talk about whether he used the same moves on her or brought different moves with the women he cheated with while the couple was married.

Linda Hogan Has Lots Of Excuses For Her DUI

I will give Linda Hogan's publicist an B-/C+ for her efforts in explaining why Linda Hogan got pulled over for DUI. First, she wants to make it clear that Linda was pulled over for speeding and not because she was swerving all over the road or doing laps around at it red lights. Point noted. Her second point is that Linda only had one glass of champagne but had it on an empty stomach and that is why he was drunk. This one is a little tougher to swallow. If Linda were Jennie Garth and on the one meal every three day plan I might agree to that. However, Linda got pulled over at 1:34a.m. So, that means presuming she got up at the typical Hollywood time of noon that she had not eaten all day or all night and was presumably not going to eat again until the next morning. I believe that if this is AnnaLynne McCord. I don't with Linda. I think she eats three meals a day. Also, the arrest record shows she weighs just about 160. One glass of champagne is not going to do that unless it is a Jay-Z sized glass which means an entire magnum. Then, I believe it. Finally, the publicist says that Linda was sick and on medication so that really made the effects of the alcohol worse. So, she is taking pills and drinking booze? I'm not sure she should have gone for the last one. Should just have said sick. Now she looks like a booze hound who pops pills when no booze is around and doesn't know better to than to combine them. That last one really cost her. She was doing ok before that and headed for a nice solid B+, but she threw her client under the bus and made her sound like she needs rehab.

Linda Hogan Splits With Boyfriend

Usually in the headline, I would probably put the name of the other person Linda Hogan is splitting with but do you think you will ever hear the name Charley Hill again? I don't think so. So, after four years and a couple of reality shows, Linda has split with her boyfriend. I have to admit I never thought they would last four years. That seems to be a pretty good accomplishment especially considering he was 19 when they started dating and she was 48. He was fresh out of high school and being Brooke and Nick's bff and Linda was fresh off a marriage to a guy who abused her.

Linda and Charley have been in that celebrity counseling show which is still airing but I guess we all know the outcome now don't we? Linda said the counseling was great. I thought it was supposed to save the relationship, not end it.

The Hogan Family Saga Just Keeps Getting Better

Watching the Hogan family is like having a Jerry Springer episode every week. I don't need one everyday, but once a week is fantastic. As always, I predicate every Hogan story with the hope they all end up bankrupt because they had to pay John Graziano every penny they have.

In this week's edition, Linda fought back against the claims made by her hairstylist last week that Linda uses most of her alimony for drugs. The interesting thing is the fighting back didn't say anything about Linda and her alleged drug use. Nope. It all was about the fact that Hulk possibly paid off the hairstylist for her testimony. How did she get paid? You are going to love this. Hulk paid the hairstylist $3500 with a check made out to the hair stylist's sister. The check was alleged to be a payoff AND hair extensions for Hulk's girlfriend AND Hulk. He needs to get his money back because it looks awful.

Hulk's people denied it was a payoff and said it was only for the hair extensions. Hulk gets hair extensions? Have you ever seen worse extensions in your life?

Brooke weighed in as well. On Tuesday she was on Bubba The Love Sponge and actually didn't talk about pole dancing for daddy or her new moves they worked on, but rather how horrible her mother is.

"We were only close (before) because I didn’t know any different … I think this person she is was always there. It’s a psychological thing, it comes down to she didn’t have a settled home life growing up … deep down inside she’s still not happy," Brooke said before breaking down in tears. "She has bitten the hand that fed her. It hurts so bad because she doesn’t know me. She doesn’t know how fun I am, my favorite color, my best friends or what my house looks like. She doesn’t know any of that."

Umm. Brooke. Did you get a new favorite color and best friend in the last six months? Were you not fun your whole life until six months ago? This whole family is beyond any kind of rationality. The only thing that sucks about all this is that I fear the couple is going to burn through every penny they have on legal fees related to their divorce and John Graziano isn't going to have anything left for him. That is the real shame in all of this.

Linda Hogan Using Alimony For Drugs

I love the Hogan family. You really don't find this kind of inbreeding outside the Jerry Springer show. In the latest chapter of Daddy Wants To Screw His Daughter But Screws Her Lookalike Instead, everyone is in court. Well, not everyone. Just Hulk and Linda. It seems that Hulk is angry that he is paying Linda $40,000 a month for support when it could be spent on better things. Like higher quality stripper poles for his daughter and girlfriend, and new cars for his son. Instead, as court testimony indicated on Monday, it seems that Linda is spending a great deal of her support money on drugs. Her hairdresser testified that Linda would come in and cash checks so that way it looked like she was going to get her hair done and instead was getting drug money. Her favorite drugs? Marijuana with some roxycodone. I wonder how she got that prescription. Basically the whole day was just people getting up on the stand and saying what an awful person Linda Hogan is. I didn't really need people to get up on the stand to tell me that, but it was fun to read about what a horrible person she is. The worst thing I read though was the accusation that on the night Nick Hogan was released from prison she had a party for him.

There were allegations yesterday that she bought and served alcohol for all the minors at the party and that she allowed drug use at the party. This I want to remind everyone was a party for her son coming home from jail who was a minor and had been drinking and almost killed someone in an accident. What kind of mother does these things? Granted, I'm sure the Hulk could be trashed on the stand also, but yesterday it was Linda's turn.

Hulk's lawyer pretended that they were upset because Linda was spending money which should be saved to fight the suit brought by John Graziano. I don't even know why you are fighting it. Just pay the kid whatever he wants. That isn't what the fight is about in court though between Hulk and Linda. It is about the fact that she is spending all his money and f**king some 19 year old kid in Hulk's old bed. That is all it is. I hate them all and hope they spend every last penny they have on legal fees and then have to sell everything they own to pay John Graziano.

He Needs A Publicist?

I understand that if you feel that you are somewhat important that you may need a publicist. Maybe you just want one because then you can feel like you are sitting at the cool lunch table. Whatever it is, I do recognize there are some people that need publicists. However, when Linda Hogan's 19 year old needs a publicist then you know that all of us should have one to. I think that if you require the services of a publicist, hopefully you should at least be able to pay for that person yourself. Guess that is not how things work for Linda though.

This is what Linda's new publicist had to say about Linda's boy toy having a new publicist. "Charlie is now in the public eye and he needs a rep just like every other public person, nothing wrong with that."

In the public eye? I will remember she said that when people start talking smack about him and he sues someone saying he isn't in the public eye. How long will he be in the public eye? If she dumps him tomorrow will anyone remember his name? Hell, I don't remember his name or even what he looks like. All I know is that since Hulk took one of Brooke's friends that Linda decided she would give a little payback and find some young thing of her own. Nothing wrong with that. Do what you have to do. I'm not sure Linda even needs a publicist, so what on earth made her think he does to? Could she not afford to buy him another car or something so she said here's a publicist instead. Is that what every celebrity is getting their significant others for the holidays?

Hogan Divorce Could Be Ruse To Save Money

Several months ago, there were reports that the Hogans were divorcing. In fact, it was originally a blind item here and then a blind item revealed I believe. Even though there were rumblings about a divorce, it could have also been done to increase ratings for their floundering reality show.

Now, comes the news that Linda Hogan filed for divorce and that Hulk Hogan was just shocked. Well, unless someone is cheating, a divorce rarely comes as a surprise. With Linda's retractions and Hulk's less than Academy Award winning reactions at the breakup announcement comes word that perhaps the Hogans are divorcing in order to avoid paying more money to John Graziano.

John Graziano as you will all remember is the former Marine and passenger in Nick Hogan's car when it crashed after allegedly racing another car and traveling at speeds of up to 106mph.

A divorce between the Hogans would divide the assets of the couple. This would include cars. As it stands currently, the car that Nick was driving was registered in both couple's names. If the couple divorced, and only Hulk Hogan kept his name on the registration, it would be much harder to go after Linda Hogan.

There would probably have to be a separate suit filed against her and that suit would have to determine how much control she had over the car her son was driving. If, the car was transferred to Hulk's name, it could be argued that Hulk had complete control over its operation and use, and obviously since Linda didn't want it in the divorce she had nothing to do with it while they were married.

This strategy could potentially save half of the Hogan fortune and make it possible for Brooke Hogan to get the surgery she needs to try and look like a female. I don't think there is enough money in the world for that, but I'm sure they want to give it a shot.

Last week I discussed how John Graziano's parents were fighting over control of John's care. John's dad withdrew his objections last week, and John's mom was appointed guardian in charge of health decisions, while a neutral party was appointed to be in charge of John's finances and any civil suit.

I just wanted to say the parents did the right thing, and glad they stopped thinking about the money and their son, and are just focusing on their son.
