Ricky Schroder Made Out With Whitney Houston
I forgot Whitney Houston was even on Silver Spoons, but she was, and the then 15 year old Ricky Schroeder made out with the 18 year old Whitney and they never saw each other again.

While I admire Michael Houston for coming forward and telling Oprah that he is the one who got Whitney Houston hooked on drugs, I don't want this to somehow release Bobby Brown from what he did. Amy Winehouse had used drugs before she met Blake but he is the one who got her really hooked and also who introduced her to drugs that were far more dangerous and then used them with her at levels far higher than she had been. Same with what Bobby did with Whitney. Michael did say that he was the first person to smoke crack with Whitney way back in the 80's.

As we near the anniversary of Whitney Houston's death, her mom is releasing a book about Whitney to take advantage of the publicity that will surely be coming. It was promised as a tell all, but apparently Cissy's definition and mine are completely different. You want to hear about Whitney's drug use. Cissy basically says Whitney started them and couldn't get off them. Lesbian rumors? Cissy just says she didn't like Robyn Crawford and that she doesn't know anything about any romantic relationship. if course she also said Whitney used to go out partying and Cissy had no idea what was going on with the drugs until later. So, out of a big biography that is all the dirt.

I love the cover of The Enquirer at the top where it talks about Whitney Houston being murdered and says FBI news like there was some press conference they had announcing it. Instead, it is a private investigator who says there are hotel security tapes which show two guys entering and exiting Whitney's hotel suite at the time she died and that she was killed over a massive drug debt. The one big hole in the theory I can think of is that they would not kill Whitney. Why? Can't get money from a dead person. Break her legs? Beat her? Sure. Kill her? No way.

Despite publishers wanting the world to believe that Whitney Houston's mom, Cissy Houston is going to write a tell all book about her daughter, I just don't see it. Part of the reason i don't see it happening is because I don't think Cissy knew 25% of the stuff that Whitney was doing on a daily basis. Cissy only saw what Whitney wanted her to see. In the press release, Cissy said that she still gets thousands of letters a day from fans and that she wants this book to be something the fans will treasure. Somehow I doubt fans are going to treasure a book that has the unvarnished truth in it. I think the only tell alling will be about Bobby Brown and that will probably be minimal.

As I mentioned in a post a few weeks ago, no one had ever really heard of Pat Houston until Whitney Houston died. Now she is everywhere and has suddenly feels like she is General Admiral Aladeen. Not only is she getting her own show to feed her own ego but she thinks she is in need of assistants and bodyguards 24 hours a day. Why? If I put up 10 photos of Pat Houston, do you think you could spot her? Probably not which is why she wanted her own television show. She is in charge and makes everyone in the family suck up to her to get any money. After years of not being able to control Whitney and Whitney not really liking her, she is finally getting her revenge. This is one of the reasons she got into a tussle with Ray-J at the Billboard Music Awards. Ray-J told Whitney what to do and Pat was unable to do anything for fear of being fired as manager. She has already made it clear to Lifetime that when it comes to her reality show, 80% of all the footage aired must have her family. She wants as little as possible of anyone else because she wants to make her family stars. She wants them to be the next Kardashians. Plus, if they want to use Whitney's music, they need to play nice.

Have you ever heard of Pat Houston? Surprisingly it is not the name of a restaurant, but it kind of has that feel to it doesn't it? Like a restaurant that can't decide if it wants to be a steak place or a pub. It is actually the name of Whitney Houston's sister-in-law. Not her sister, but her sister-in-law. She also managed Whitney Houston and as we can all see that did not turn out that great. Well, after years of being stuck behind the scenes Pat wants to be famous so she got a reality deal on Lifetime. Don't be fooled by the promise of Bobbi Kristina and her brother making out. They will show up in episode one and won't probably grace your screen unless its sweeps. Nope, this new reality show on Lifetime is going to be focused on Pat. Why? I have no idea. Who cares about her. Lifetime says the show will have Dionne Warwick in it sometimes and Cissy Houston. Great. Should be interesting. Cissy thinks this will help launch the career of Bobbi Kristina. Nope. Maybe Pat though. Maybe when it is over she will open up a restaurant.

I'm not sure why you would bury someone with $500K worth of jewels on their body and tell the world that fact and then wonder why people would try and dig up Whitney Houston's casket for the jewels. Now, Whitney Houston's family has had to hire 24 hour security to guard the casket. Umm, how about just removing the jewelry? You are going to spend way more than $500K before long if you have someone watching her 24 hours a day. Whose idea was it to be buried in that much jewelry?
