Police Called Out To Gary Shirley's House - More Domestic Drama
I thought Gary and Amber were supposed to be on vacation which is why the police in their town have not interviewed the couple. This is surprising news considering the police were called out Tuesday night to Gary Shirley's house. The reason? Well, apparently Gary received a text message that Amber did not like. So, she threatened to attack him. Gary, then proceeded to push Amber out of the house. Amber, was only wearing her underwear at the time.
Deputies did not make any arrests and stated that Amber told them she has been under a great deal of stress because of the other domestic violence accusations. When the local news media went to Amber's house to ask her about the latest incident they were stopped by a private security force which guards Amber. Goodness, a private security force? Who is footing that bill? Is it MTV or are the Teen Mom's making enough dough to pay for it themselves.

I 100% believe that she is on drugs and is a terrible mother. She needs to have her child taken away from her.

I agree - she is definitely on some sort of drugs - whether legal or illegal.
Based on the show, she appears to be a terrible mother and the child should be taken away from her until she gets her act together.
Enty, you know damn well that Private Security is paid by MTV to STOP Amber from beating Gary and avoid implications that they allowed this behavior to continue during filming.
i can definitely see the 'she's on drugs' theory being true. but drugs or not, she's a horror show and should not be the primary caregiver for that poor child.
i watched the reunion show last night and i don't believe for a minute that leah's never been on the receiving end of amber's anger.
she and gary are a volatile combination. he's a pussy and she's a vicious tyrant. it's a real shame they had a child who's now caught in the crossfire. but i don't think they'll have her for long. it's time to get leah the hell outta there.
he's not a pussy. he's an abuse victim and doesn't want to get her in trouble or risk losing her if he goes tot he cops or leaves her.

I don't watch the show but if this couple continue together it might end badly for one of them.
Only a matter of time before the violence is turned on the kid. Could we stop making entertainment out of people abusing others? Please??

Gary always shows amazing restraint. There have been times where he's just walked out the door with Leah when Amber is acting all crazy.
This week they had the reunion show with Dr. Drew. Amber just sat there boo-hooing about not remembering how violent she had been. I wanted to smack her, but that would be wrong.
Wow, this couple is getting A LOT of press! Can Gary not try and get sole custody of the kid? Basing it on the fact that the mother is a crazy violent lunatic?
