Former besties, Lady GaGa and Perez Hilton now hate each other. A lot. As in a ton. In fact, it is so bad between them that Lady GaGa accused Perez Hilton of stalking her because he wanted to rent an apartment in the same building that she lives in NYC. She also said she would not be surprised if she ends up shot. Here is the part that is interesting. Lady did not just move into that apartment. She has lived there for quite sometime. In a response to the accusations that he was stalking her, Perez said he had no idea that Gaga lived in the building until after he saw the apartment. I find that really hard to believe. They used to talk to each other all the time and see each other all the time and traveled the world with each other and he had no idea which building she lived in?
The bad blood started prior to GaGa ending up in a wheelchair. When she was in the wheelchair, Perez sent her a text calling it karma. Hmm, interesting. Karma for what? I think she is afraid that Perez will spill the beans why she is in the chair. The problem with a gossip columnist who wants to be friends with celebrities is that you can't say anything about them that is not 100% positive or they will not want to be your friend. The more people you have as friends, the less you can write. You might as well just start publishing a tabloid and call yourself People.

Just saw Gaga on GMA, she looks good not as much makeup, more natural. Her song(they showed the video), it's ok, not really my style though. Never liked Perez!

I don't like either of them, but let's not forget that GaGa would not be where she is today if Perez hadn't discovered her and constantly promoted her. I'm guessing that her head has gotten too big for her to hang out with a little blogger and he's angry that she forgot all he did for her. They both have pretty vile personalities and would react dramatically to a situation like that.
She will be going away soon her song bombed. He should have gone away long before now. Both are barely relevant.

@Onyx Loathes Hydrangeas one I heard was that she never had any injury or surgery & it was merely a way of getting out of finishing her tour which apparently had bad sales for the last shows or something.
Like instead of admitting the tour wasn't sold out & playing those shows anyway, they came up with a good excuse, cancel the shows & got the sympathy vote. All PR.
That's one theory anyway.

She didn't break her hip. She went to a very intensive rehab program. They made up the whole "broke a hip and rolling around in an LV wheelchair" thing

Perez aggressively hit on one of my friends so hardcore at some award party that it was basically sexual harassment. my friend was a shy 19 yr old boy who is very sensitive and had to leave this party he was looking forward to all year because that coked-out pig was being so aggressive. and apparently he had really really bad breath and body odor lollll

I keep thinking of that time John Mayer tried to do stand up comedy on a cruise ship. Someone posted a video and he described Perez as having the world in his hands years ago, was the biggest thing in the cyber world. Companies were trying to throw money at him for his blog. He could have named anything he wanted. When he finally agreed to work with a company, that company said "tell us Perez, what is it you want, just name it" and dumbass Perez was like "ummm... how about a line of t-shirts and $50"

So here is the story. Perez feels like he launched Lady Gaga. She owes him. Perez started this whole being a nice guy thing and only printing good gossip. He as in a sense become people magazine because he is paid by publicists to "write gossip" and promote people. He landed a tv show deal with the CW on the promise he could get an at home with Lady Gaga. What Gaga gave him was she cooked for him at "some apartment" not her own home. Perez's show was not picked up and he blamed her for not delivering. Her started to criticize her on his blog, her meat dress, wearing fur.
Gaga pretty much cut him off after that. He feels like he made Gaga so he can destroy her. (Perez is delusional he has tried to launch several artists smley and some boy band all of which failed). When Gaga gained the weight, Perez was viscious, when she had to have hip surgery he sent the text.
He new exactly where she lived in NYC, he can't afford the rent in her building. He was just there sending a message.
i thought they fell out when she did an interview with him and he started asking questions she didn't like and she cut the interview short or refused to answer them or something

Perez is delusional if he thinks he is responsible for launching Gaga's career. Her first album is really good dance music. She is also a very talented singer and performer in general. She may be a raging bitch otherwise, I don't know and don't care. What I do see about her is that she seems to realize who has built her up and made her what she is, her fans.

@cathy ummm he didn't discover her. He leeched onto her when her star was rising to give himself some credibility. Other than that I really could care less about these two and wish they would disapper into oblivion.

Gaga is seriously being crakie about this whole thing. Someone you think is stalking you shows up at your apartment building and you ask a fan to investigate for you instead having your assistant call the building manager i.e. each person do their job? Sure.
I'm not a Perez fan, but he is smart enough to only throw out what's true. I think he has been sued more than once and come out on top. I believe his side and that she is just a bitter betty about her single not blowing everything else out of the water.
I really hate PH and cant remember why. Its been years and the old memory is fading. I do know I dont even sneak over there when Im bored because I dont want to give him a single extra page view.

As reported by BG, Perez confronted her about going to rehab and she wasn't having it. He then allegedly went to a third party to discuss it, and she found out and got pissy. Then she eventually did go to rehab, which is when the "hip injury" occurred. Then Perez made his "karma" comment, and here we are.
I remember when Perez was the blog to go to. Now I go there once a month, if that. It is scary to think that he is a dad now.
@ nevarmore - YES! My MIL has had hip replacements on both hips and there's no way you can hide those scars with makeup. They're huge.
Isn't she famous because Perez Hilton promoted her incessantly on his site some years ago? I stopped going there a few years ago. Either way, weird story.
