Before starting a custody fight and telling everyone you are the better parent you better hope that your ex doesn't know about your drug dealer and that the drug dealer doesn't have photos of you smoking crack which your A list celebrity/singer ex will show to the judge.

Usher is far from a saint. He is a HUGE coke addict. So while he (if this is him) is trying to expose someone else he needs to be careful about his own secrets coming to light. And lets not forget about him being holed up in hotel rooms for days at a time with Kim Kardashian DURING his marriage. Usher can have a seat.

Seems like this is hearsay. How do you authenticate the photo?
Maybe the rules of evidence are relaxed at custody hearings, but this sounds more like a threat than anything that could actually happen.
Let me clarify. I mean "hearsay" in the legal, in-court rules of evidence, way, not as it may be used commonly.
Usher already has custody of his two boys. He is the better parent; the judge confimed that after Tameka tried to change the custody when their kid almost drowned. The judge still thought she wasn't sane enough to raise two little boys. So, Usher has no reason to care about a photo. PLUS, I don't believe Usher is a major drug user. He appears to be a caring parent and the court agrees.
I immediately thought of Bethanny Frankel. Isn't her whole divorce issue right now her trying to prove she's the better parent and cut her ex out completely?
