The actress from Blind Item #1 once starred in a movie with this A list celebrity/B list mostly movie actor and she says she would never do it again. She says that he whined like a little baby every day and that she had never met a guy who acted less like a guy. He complained about everything from his wardrobe to the temperature of the drinks that assistants brought him to his lines and screen time and that crew members would have an over/under every day of how many times he would complain. If the celebrity/actor was there all day, the number was never below twenty.

First thought Diaz and Timberlake. But she likes whiny douchebags and even dated him. Maybe she's professional at work? Or most likely another pair.

For some reason, I think the A list actress is Drew Barrymore. These BIs could be about anyone though, not enough specifics.

If the guy is JT,the A lit actress is NOT Cameron Diaz (it's because of her,he became actor and she dated him during a long time)
it can't be Amanda Seyfried and JT,he was the lead in IN TIME and the filming last 3 months

Geena Davis, who was in the bomb Cutthroat Island. The costar is Brad Pitt in Thelma and Louise (ok, he isn't b for acting, but I think he should be these days)
Just to keep with my guess of Julia Roberts: movie is "Something To Talk About" and B lister is Dennis Quaid. (Because I could see him being a jerk to his assistants and complaining.)
That was his breakout role and he was onscreen for about 5 minutes. He wasn't BRAD PITT yet and would have been fired

Yes, this is exactly how I picture Tom Cruise behaving, but the ranking eliminates him. Unfortunately.
This has to be JT, I haven't been able to take him seriously since he squealed like a little girl when some champagne was spilled on him during the celebration for "Bye Bye Bye" going to number 1. Plus, the ranking fits. I don't know which movie, though.

Someone who worked with Justin Theroux. A friend just filmed something with him and was shocked by his temper tantrums on set. One of which included him screaming at an assistant over the coffee drink she served him.
Cd and JT also worked together on Shrek 3, so that is more than one movie. Besides heir long dating history

The "actor" sounds like Timberlake to me, so it's either Diaz or Seyfried.
Justin Theroux looks like such a prima donna to me. Like a whiny little bitch if his skinny pants aren't pressed correctly or if his motorcycle boots are scuffed.
