This A list reality star/celebrity and her A list husband bailed from an event sooner than they thought they would the other day when people kept bringing up the fact that the oldest child of the couple looks like a twin of the child of the reality star/celebrity’s ex.

Yet North looks just like Kanye...
Wasn't there a blind awhile ago about Kim being caught in background of a PAP photo meeting with Reggie a month or so before she announced she was pregnant with Kanye's baby?
It implied that Reggie might be the father of her child?
Their parents are not dissimilar in appearance (height, weight, race, complexion, hair, etc. ), so of course the children may resemble each other, vaguely. I've seen side-by-side pics and they don't look like twins, IMO.
As @Jasmine says, North is absolutely Kanye's daughter - from what I've seen of Saint, he also looks like Kanye.
Since there's no story, why not turn it around and have Mrs Reggie carry Kanye's kid? Fiction has no boundaries.
Yup, looks JUST like Kanye. The obvious faux blinds like this one cast a dubious shadow over the whole site.

When you have tons of plastic surgery, they can't change out your dna and genes...your children will be born with what you were born with. Period. Invitro will carry over Kangays genes with or without penetration. Wait until the kids have tons of hair that has to be lasered off, that would be from KTrash herself.

I wouldn't believe Kim any more than PMK about who a child's father really is. Does Mason resemble Scott Disick? Not to me. Reggie looks enough like Kanye, and he's not gay that we know of, so I would only let a DNA test tell me who any of their kid's father really is.
